WILL ALLWAYS REGRET DOING BUSINESS HERE!

Buyer beware...smooth talking manipulator. Double and triple check everything. Slow to return calls and follow through on promises. Seriously overcharged on a add on!

Dear Customer, We always regret to hear when a customer is not satisfied. Being that it is not normal for John to receive such a review, this review is taken more seriously than any positive review he has ever received over the years or how well he has done since part of the Allways Chevrolet Store. We strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied and if there is anything we can do to help you within reason we will try to accommodate. As for the added equipment, was it added on at the time of purchase? If so was the cost reflected in the paperwork? Most added equipment does cost more through a dealer due to several reasons such has but not limited to. Cost of equipment, personnel time to drop off and pick up vehicle, fuel which we always replace during such trips, cost of cleaning the vehicle and most of all the potential for warranty issues due to install. All of this is very expensive to the store as that we are not a volume dealer and do not have the luxury of a huge staff or location near installers to add equipment. We do have to allow for this and more. General Motors does have a warranty however when we alter a vehicle it does not void warranty however it does put the burden on us not General Motors should the install cause damage to the vehicle. As for the speed of return calls this will be addressed and we will stress the need for prompt action with John to ensure he is responding promptly for each and every customer. As for promises he may or may not have made that is between you and John. The contract is your promise from the dealership if we did not provide anything that is listed in the contract please let us know and we will make good on anything that is listed. I do know that John personally pays for items such as oil changes, aftermarket floor mats, car washes ect. for virtually all of his customers new and used even when we as the dealership cannot. We again regret that you are so dissatisfied as I know John will be. He does pride himself on customer service as do we. I know if he let you down in some way he will strive to make it up in some way. He will want to do what he can to make you feel better than not satisfied at all. Again you have our sincerest apology for falling short of your expectations. Have a Merry Christmas and our best wishes to you and yours. .

Very Satisfied!

Gilbert was very helpful in getting us into a newer vehicle. He made the transition very comfortable. I would recommend him to everyone. Go and tell Gilbert to put you into a new vehicle.

Very nice

John assisted us in every way possible. We have purchased numerous vehicles and John was by far the best. We did not have a long wait, which is very frustrating.

They believed in ME!!

I was so distraught when my car broke down and it was going to cost me over $3000 to fix! It wasn't going to be worth paying that much to fix my car. I was called in to talk to Alan but he wasn't in that afternoon so a nice gentleman met me at the door said he could help me! As we talked John was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable said he could me out! I filled application but I've never had credit so he said he would try working something out! John and Alan worked something out for me! I'm driving a 2014 Nissan and I'm so blessed for that! I know God worked everything out!! God bless John and Alan!!

Awesome

Mr John Calliston and Ryan Ortiz ha ve gone out of thier way to help us. When we have questions they are there to answer them. I would recommend this dealership to everyone that is looking for a new or used vehicle.

World Class Service

My wife had car troubles on her way to Corpus. Onstar sent her there and she was really surprised with the experience.

Great experience

We already knew what we wanted and had even test driven the model we wanted. John really sped up the buying process and we were able to quickly get through it and drive off with our great new vehicle. I really hate buying vehicles but everything was so quick and efficient, I will definitely go back to Allways when I need a new one.

New Chrovelet Cruze Owner

My sales associate John Callison was very courteous and very knowledgeable about my Chevrolet Cruze. He was very patient in explaining and showing me all the features on my new Chevrolet. He set up my blue tooth, my cell phone and even initiated the onstar service for me. He consistently urged me to call him anytime with any questions concerning the car as I drove it and became familiar with it. The sales area was comfortable and I was treated with respect and professionally. I would recommend this dealership to anyone one wanting to buy a new or a used vehicle. They seemed honest and up front on every question or concern I had. Great experience.
