Do NOT fall into their trap
We bought my son a 2011 Land Rover. We drove it home and the very first time he opened the moon roof it made a horrible grinding sound and would not close all the way. Now we have to worry about the car being rained in every time it rains. I texted the salesman and got a response to spray some silicone on it. The. He drove the car a week probably less than 50 miles and it left him stranded on the side of the road. It sat in the garage for 2 weeks. We put a new battery in it and he drove it another week and now it won’t start again!! This place is horrible!! They were In such a big hurry to take our money and we have not even been able to put 100 miles on thr vehicle because it won’t run. We paid WAY to much money for a hunk of metal to sit in the garage😡.

Rust free southern vehicles
I recently bought a '97 chevy k2500 from Hoyle and so far the truck is as it was advertised. My salesman Dustin Houston is awesome. Very personable. He actually drove an hour from his house to pick me up near the airport and another hour to the dealership to finalize the deal. Great truck, great dealer, very nice selection of vehicles. I will definitely purchase from them again if the need arises.

Not as described
Looking at a Jeep on the website and called Zach to get more info. Website and salesman both say it’s in excellent condition. Asked for a carfax, (they don't do a carfax), and was told nothing was wrong with the Jeep. I run a Carfax and it’s clean, so we do all the paperwork online as we are 2+ hours away just to speed up the process. I let Zach know we were coming and what time to expect us. We arrive on time and literally wait outside by the Jeep for 25 minutes with not a sole checking on us (mind you 3 employees were in and out of the office) and clearly see us. It was probably better we didn’t deal with anyone, because the Jeep was DESTROYED…like front bumper cracked, every body panel scratched (not mild, deep to the metal), needed a full paint job and the door handles were corroded as well. We happily drove our 2 hours back home in my nicely painted, fully functional Escalade:-)!

Hoyle auto sales all they care about is selling
Their cars they put paint jobs on them to make them look good so you think you getting a good reliable car.then you drive it and buy it.after a few days you drive it lots of problems you find that the car is not what you paid for and it was junk that he knows and you find out too late after he takes you to the bank.like other people have said he gets these cars real cheap at sales no maintenance on them but he wants more like they are in great shape and been took care of.he is a sneaky person and thinks people are not smart.he tricks people like they getting a good car.

Money fixing transportation
Still fixing a jeep I purchased at hoyle auto sales.i have not got to drive the jeep 3 times since purchase because of major repairs just being honest to people so they don't get taken by a crooked car salesman.so get the word out about hoyle auto sales so people know about his cars and jeeps so you don't have big repair bills.everyone wants a car that they can drive and not one that is bad.

Junk Truck
Purchased a 2006 Nissan Titan in Mar of 2020 from out of state. When asked about the condition of the truck was told it was in excellent condition and was told the pictures showed it. Asked for a carfax, they don't do a carfax and was told nothing was wrong with the truck, excellent condition for it's age. The sales guy gives me the vin number so I said I would run a carfax, when I call back miraculously he has a carfax that he got from a "Friend". There was an accident reported and he had the line of accidents get reported all of the time and it doesn't mean that it had damage. Bottom line I buy the car sight unseen- I know huge mistake on my part, never buy without driving or having a mechanic look at. I trust that when people tell me something they are not lying. My daughter who lives in the area picks me in the truck at night when I fly in 3 days later. Next day driving back the check engine light comes on, at highway speeds the tires are out of balance. I get home 800 miles away and find out the exhaust manifold is cracked, the tires are not only out of balance but warped and shot, the brakes are down to the wear bar and low and behold on closer look the truck has body damage to the front where it had been repainted on the front passenger panel. So why did I wait to post this 4 months later. My daughter called asking if I had purchased thru Hoyle because her BF was looking at a BMW from them. I told him to run, run as fast as he can from this place. In my opinion this place will tell you anything to sell a car and their only interest is about making as much money as they can while blatantly lying to you. Read the reviews that are not someone that gives them a 5 star, nobody is 5 star. It's too bad you can't reflect a negative.
