I've been into the Lithia shop many times over the years and Clay has always done a great job taking care of whatever I need. This shop is outstanding!

A great service and matching cost for a 6.7 Diesel. Also they had a small repair that was fully covered under the warranty which didn't cost a dime and very timely for having to order parts

I am very pleased that the service department at Lithia Ford is very thorough in checking all aspects of a routine service checkup. I have always had excellent service and appreciate the extra time they take to explain what they wish to do. I can honestly say that I've been going to the Ford dealership in Missoula for over 10 years, and have had absolutely no problem with them. Being a woman, I do not know exactly what is under my hood, but the service department does not hesitate to tell me what they want to do. I have never declined their recommendations, because I am a firm believer that if you keep your car in good shape, it will last longer.
