I have had a great experience at Moss Motors. Very friendly atmosphere and no pushy car salesman in my ear. I had been to a couple of lots here on south side and thus was by far the best experience than any of them. I love my new car and got it for less than what it booked at. I also took it in because window would not roll down thinking this is going to cost me and they actually replaced the motor at no charge and the same day. I highly recommend these guys and I will return every few yrs to get another great deal. Thank you.

I purchased four vehicles from this dealership in last 7-8 years and if this is not enough explanation how good they are then what else. Every purchase was very easy. They let you for test drive, they let you take car where ever you want to do inspection or any kind of checking. They have reasonable pricing and even cars are sold ?AS IS? and something (by used cars may happen any time) happen they are ready to work out with you. I can say from my experience they never let me down and if time comes again for shopping good used cars Moss Motors will be first place to stop

I had a good expierince, they were very friendly and nice to me, I was looking for a inexpensive used car and had a hard time finding anything decent in my price range, found several cars at this dealer and made a purchase on one of them, they told me they had just installed new front brakes and rotors and oil change, after I bought the car I took in for my first oil change 4 months later, and my mechanic verified everything they told me about the service they did, a huge value, not out of pocket for me. I have been driving the car for about a year with no issuses, I recommend this dealer.

found the car i wanted. found things wrong with it and the guy acted like he had not a clue what i was talking about. yet he said he drove this particular car a lot. a nail was holding the radiator into place. rear view mirror was not original mirror. pass. side back wheele fender was all beat to heck. no spare tire. all tires were miss matched one of the tires was even smaller then the rest. i thought bringing these things up would help my chances of getting a cheap car. nope he still wouldn't go down on the price. as were talking a lady walks into test drive a car and he had to jump the car. it was summer time. i wouldn't buy a car from them again.

I bought a vehicle that I thought was a good buy. Price was right about market value and vehicle was in good shape at first view. I test drove the car and it seemed fine. I asked if the vehicle had been in any accidents and was told no. I later found out 2 years down the road when I went to trade in this car for a new model the car I purchased from Moss Motors had been in major front end collision deploying the air bags and bending the frame. This dropped the value of the car by 30%. This information was found in a basic auto check report by the dealership that Moss Motors could easily and more than likely had in their possession. Shame on me for not checking the report and even more shame on them for selling a car at full market value that was in a serious accident and not informing me the buyer. This does not make me believe this is an honest business. Basically if you do go here for a car to purchase do an independent review on the car and don't trust the two brothers selling the cars.
