Airbag Recall and Brake Fluid Exchange
There were plenty of people without masks inside the dealership. It seemed that the Covid-19 safety was much less than advertised. The car was there for three hours. The airbag recall was free. But the bill for the labor for brake fluid exchange, standard scope and micro filter exchange was $ 327.13. Which raises the question in what time die they do the airbag exchange.

Service Excellence
If ASE had a test for customer service, Ft Myers BMW would without question be in the ?Master Class?. Tom Simmons (Service Advisor) has always been able to give an estimate for repairs with no hidden fees. As anyone who has had a vehicle serviced at other dealerships knows that, hidden fees are part of the norm in the vehicle industry. This is not true at BMW FT Myers. They define precision when diagnosing a vehicle issue and will let you know if your service needs are under warrantee. At FT Myers BMW under warrantee means ?under warrantee?. Thank you BMW for always being in our corner.
