BMW of Fort Myers

I am in the process of buying a CPO 540i sight unseen(having it shipped to me in Va) and so far the experience has been great. Chris Hockett, my sales advisor, has done a really good job communicating and accommodating some specific requests for making sure the car is conditioned properly and cosmetically correct. I've bought a lot of cars and this process has been smooth so far.I will update after I receive the car but so far it's been a very pleasant process and Chris has been very patient with my particularity on the vehicle detail.

Routine service work was schedule for 1 hour. The service took 2 1/2 hours!

I am very happy with the purchase of my 340i from BMW of Fort Myers. Simple and easy process.... I saw a car online, they held it for me the next morning to come see (I am about 90 minutes away). While the initial figures weren't where I was hoping, they worked with me quickly to make me happy so we completed the purchase and I am a happy customer!! No BS games like I usually expect when trying to buy a used car. Julian helped me initially with the online inquiry and appointment to test drive, Patrick helped me with the trade in evaluation and test drive, then Alberto the finance manager helped me with the paperwork to close it out. 5 stars for each of them..... Was looking for a replacement for my expiring BMW lease so I traveled up from Naples to test drive an M2 at the BMW of Fort Myers and met with the sales associate - Chris Hockett. That car was a little rough as a daily driver so was on the look out for an M240i instead. A week or two later, Chris had a convertible version come in which I test drove but I really wanted a coupe. A few weeks later Chris contacted me about a lease return of an M240i. I checked it out and purchased it a week later. Chris and the dealership went above and beyond during the whole process. I never felt pressure to make decisions and they fixed up the cosmetic issues with car including scratches and dents very well. I would genuinely recommend Chris and this dealership. Easy to work with unlike other car dealerships in the region.

Disappointed that very few masks worn, my specialist, Jose, did wear a mask, as I requested, and provided me with a safe seat zone outside.

Quite pricey but excellent service. I have the same service advisor from the day I bought my car there. I am very happy with her.
