Didn't get the tags I paid for
They charged me $550.00 for tag and title work but DID NOT get any tags for me, I told both the salesmen and financing manager that I needed NEW tags because the ones I was transferring from my old car were lost in the accident tag and title in MD is only $287.00 so they over charged me for that as well. They also raised the cars price $2,000.00 higher while I was on my way up to see it and left the old sticker in the glove box so I saw it.

I have had the pleasure of working with Kyle Sharp & Rob Ridgway on the purchase of our car. These gentlemen went above and beyond to make my wife and I happy. Coming from out of state to pick up a car can be a nerve wrecking experience, yet these gentlemen did everything that they could to make us feel comfortable and both were accommodating at the same time. I am a very particular buyer who wants their cars to be perfect – instead of pushing me away – they did the right thing and made the deal work. David is the man. I met him several years ago and was impressed by his knowledge and passion of the BMW brand. He has kept in touch with me the whole time and I finally pulled the trigger on a pre-owned 2021 BMW 330i xDrive. Very unprofessional, Manager decided, against all...
Very unprofessional, Manager decided, against all evidence and the opinion of an expert from a very well known windshield replacement shop, that she found a microscopical sign of an impact to my cracked windshield (on my 2018 BMW X3) and therefore BMW won't consider it a stress crack covered by the warranty. Manager obviously does not have the necessary expertise, she was just judging in favor of BMW.
