BMW of Doylestown A Thompson Dealership

The 2 different gentlemen who picked up and dropped off my vehicle were friendly and professional. However, when I went out at the end of the day to drive my vehicle home, I noted that the car had not been vacuumed, nor had it been washed. While the gentleman who picked up my car did indicate that the car wash was not working that day, my car was at Thompson for 3 days and certainly in that time the car could have been washed and vacuumed. One of the reasons I have leased my business cars from Thompson was the high attention to detail you have shown in the past. That is what makes this all the more disappointing.

I bought the vehicle from out of state, and the team was very helpful. They were very patient and walked me through the whole purchase process. Denise was great. She is super friendly and stayed at the dealership to field my phone calls from the West Coast.

Found a few more extra miles than I thought would be on it when I picked it up. Also the convertible roof was not closed properly - there wasn’t any reason why it should have been opened .. it was there for an emissions test.
