I had a tough time with tire service. Thompson...
I had a tough time with tire service. Thompson recommended the tires to be rotated and balanced (fine routinely) but the result was a car that shook horribly and the car had to be returned for service to fix the issue. The shaking would have been obvious if a test drive was performed. They didn't refund me for the work but only applied it as a credit for future service. Not sure how the tires got this bad (uneven wearing) since we have all of our service done at Thompson. They should have warned us this could happen as well. Typically service is very good there but this visit wasn't a positive one from several perspectives.

Good service. Seems to have good availability most of the time. Every rental I have taken for the past 5 years has had a super dirty interior windshield. Never fails.
