So disappointed
Unfortunately we purchased a vehicle from BMW and the moment we drove off the lot it had issues but it was a holiday week so we were to wait until Monday after the holidays to get it in for service I had made several attempts to contact the manager and they just keep sending me to the same one I have already spoke with with my question still being an answered and our vehicle still in the shop.

Horrible customer service/communication. 0 stars.
Horrific communication. Promises of calls back after asking for information. Offered a deposit. Days of emails back and forth and figuring out the best way to purchase the car out of state. Figured out the solution. Called the dealership yesterday - I have people at my desk will call you back. No call. Email from the dealership: I will call you today. Then I am informed by another employee that the car sold. Absolutely unacceptable. Worst dealership experience ever!

Poor service
Bought front tires. After a bit, one started a slow leak. Dealer could not see a leak in a dunk tank (very small, 10 psi per day) so gave up. Would not even attempt to remount the tire, or replace it. Very disappointed after spending $1000 on new front tires only a few weeks earlier.

I was able to get the BMW I wanted, everything has gone downhill from there, try to call after the sale and its a ghosttown.

hurt hurt
after I paid for the car they said they were going to keep it and do a little repair but the next day they still haven't repaired it and I wanted to call so I called they brought the car it wasn't repaired two weeks past is still not repairedI kept calling to see if I could get it repaired but nobody would answer my number they finally returned my call and said they had the part in it took to almost 2 weeks to get I live in Odessa and this dealership is in Midland they made an appointment for me but I can't get it over there so I'm going to see if they will send it to me and I can pay to have somebody else to repair it for me I

The staff completely made up for the delay and mistake in ordering the wrong headrest. Provided me with a nice loaner and offered to install a software update & subwoofer at no cost.

Superior Dealership!!!
I stopped by JUST to look, and ended up taking a test drive and falling in love with a car!! My Sales Rep, Zeke, took me on the test drive of a lifetime (if you have never test-driven a BMW, you definitely should!). The sales process was smooth and quick, and they treated me like royalty from start to finish. I must add that I was buying a Certified Used car, but felt I got the same attention as someone buying a much more expensive car! Once I was finished signing my paperwork, Luis (Sales Director) told me he was throwing in two huge extras that I was not expecting! I sincerely can not say enough about how awesome the entire team is at Sewell BMW!! It’s refreshing to go to a dealership that truly treats you like they value your business!
