Service Department

Customer service for service department is awful!! You have to call at least twenty times to try to get someone on the phone and you can leave as many messages as you’d like, they’ll NEVER call back. Service always takes hours/days longer then they say it will. Would never recommend this service department to anyone.

Very poor service from Julie Thompson

I went to the BMW for service recently and was first greeted by a representative who is french (unfortunately don't know his name) but he was extremely approachable, likable, friendly, and helpful. Very good service from him. I was also helped by one of the employees named Sai. Very friendly and helpful the whole time. Sadly, I received very poor service from Julie Thompson. I never like to throw people under the bus by name like that but she responds to the customer in an aggressive manner - very defensive, does not seem interested at all in actually helping you solve the problem. Not helpful and just not friendly.. I saw how she also spoke to one of the employees and it was with a very harsh tone. Unfortunately, this is the only BMW in Midland but if I have an opportunity to travel somewhere close by for my next service, I will. I'd rather drive a bit farther than have to work with Julie and be treated poorly for no reason.

Never contacted me back about a Volvo xc90

I inquired several times about the used Volvo XC90 via email and text but never got a response which was unfortunate. Going to go elsewhere

Simply the best

Midland might be a small little poo hole. But the BMW dealership there is Simply the Best. I bought my car there in 2010 and picked it up in Germany. Terry Lawson became a good friend and a wonderful human being. Service was spectacular. Loved going there.

Lionel Coquard, my salesman, was very communicative and helpful throughout the process. He went above and beyond to obtain the vehicle I wanted.

Great price! No need to go to Dallas!

Being from Midland I thought I had to travel to Dallas to find a competitive price but after comparing prices there is no reason to travel or to buy out of town. Very professional staff as well

Found the car I'd luv to drive,but the wouldn't deal with me... Offered cash... no deal.
