I continue to go to Jake Sweeney BMW because I trust that they will do the work that is supposed to be done. I believe they are about finding long term solutions to these irritating problems that can plague an older vehicle. When in service, I always deal with Chris and he is top notch. More than once, while I was having some work done, he has had a minor thing here or there fixed for me at no charge. I've never come close to having a decent experience with my BMW in Cincinnati... It seems every time I go in to my local dealer, I'm always inundated with bad or worst news. Until I gave Jake Sweeney BMW a try, and now I will never again go to another service center. They (this location) have effectively earned my respect and business for life! Kyle was the guy that restored my faith in BMW. He's the first person to actually show me the damages that requires repair. Explained everything that needed to be done, alternatives and lifespan if I chose to skip any of those repairs. Extremely patient through all my stupid questions. Just downright honest and personable guy. Really couldn't rave enough about him.

Jake Sweeney BMW Service department is the best in the area. The Service advisors and Technicians are very knowledgeable and talented and friendly. The go above and beyond to help there customers out. If you own a BMW this is the best place to go for service.

Have had several BMW's over the past 12 years and Jake Sweeney BMW is the only place I would go. They clearly have been taught to exceed customer expectations and I appreciate that from a luxury brand dealership. Their service manager, David Godbey, clearly has managed his staff to treat the customers like gold and I cannot recommend this service department strongly enough.

As a first time BMW buyer, I was very glad that I chose Jake Sweeney BMW. Their service was excellent and there are very nice employees at the dealership. I dealt with Brad Schultz and he did a fantastic job from the time I walked into the dealership and from the time that I left the dealership my new car! Brad helped me find the perfect car and answered any questions or concerns that I had excellently. I recommend anyone looking for a car to come into Jake Sweeney BMW and see Brad!

I contacted Jake Sweeny BMW dealership about a used BMW they had on the lot. Sales Representative Jeff Robinson answered by emails about the car & we set up a time for us to drive from Newark, Ohio to Cinncinati to see the car. We got a later start than planned but that didn't seem to be an issue with Jeff (they close at 6:00 on Sat) it was well after 7:00 when we finished. They were very pleasant to deal with & the inventory they had was top notch. We love the car and would definately would drive 2+ hours again to deal with them & with Jeff Robinson our sales rep. They were very thorough when explaining everything about the and the car fax for the car etc. It was a very good experience. We would highly recommend this dealership.

Rob Tobin was great to deal with on buying a new BMW. Rob knew the features well and I was highly satified with the deal. I would highly recommend Rob Tobin at Jake Sweeney BMW. Tammy was also great to deal with in financing. I drove 200 miles to do business with Jake Sweeney as the selection of vehicles was second to none in my area.
