I traded in a Lincoln with one small scratch on the...

I traded in a Lincoln with one small scratch on the bumper and received (unknowingly) a brand new Transit Connect with 4 dents on the roof. I believe these dents were caused by the transit company that delivered the van to Mullinax. Estimates for repair are $2,300 to $2,500 and when I drove 100 miles to get this resolved I was ignored. It was even suggested that i caused the dents which is ridiculous. In our negotiations for purchase I was told the van was accidentally marked $1000 lower then it should have been but the price would be honored. In hind sight I believe the price was reduced because of the damage. Had I known about the damage I wouldn't have purchased this van. My insurance company suggested if I turned in a claim they would raise my rates. They suggested I get a lawyer since the agent had seen 3 similar cases in the past and the client winning all 3 cases. I'm keeping my options open but will not buy from Mullinax Ford again.

Now the rest of the story...........

I used to be a lifetime loyal fan to one of the other big 3 American manufacturers. For over 35 years I faithfully purchased the other guys cars, at least a dozen and a half. All of that ended last Sunday. I went to Mullinax on a Sunday evening with my son to explore the options I couldn’t find at my dealership. (We had one hour to kill before our dinner reservations were ready) What I wanted and what I got, greatly surpassed my expectations! My salesman was Mike Murphy and the only other employee I interacted with was Diane Adams. Their conversations with me were as professional, courteous and respectful as if they were speaking to the CEO of Ford Motor Company. No hassling, no haggling and no, what I call “Dump-truck Salesmanship”. So after returning the next morning with my trade-in, I took the new Ford Fusion Hybrid on a test ride, and returned guiltless about my brand loyalty to the other brand! What I ended up buying was so far superior in terms of safety, fuel efficiency, dependability and vastly technologically superior. Kudos to Ford! After driving this car the last several days my commitment to Ford equals their commitment to my family’s’ safety. And as far as Mullinax-(we all know how some dealerships value our money), they valued my trust and built a solid cornerstone to our relationship, I will share with for generations. Customer service was priority to the sale-period! Did I mention that I got the car at ZERO percent interest, with no money down! Mike Murphy and Diane Adam’s got my attention, Mullinax now has my business, and I have become a loyal Ford owner.

Jon Robinson! Made it my best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. I’m recommending him and mullinax Ford to anyone buying a vehicle . The best part was it was a stress free environment, no pressure to buy anything and they gave me a great trade in price . Five stars all day long in my book

I found the Cargo Van I was looking for online after hours. I went to Mullinax Ford early the next morning and connected with Chad Ojard.......It was my lucky day! Chad had enthusiasm! I’ve purchased a lot of cars and trucks over the years and I can say that most of the cars I purchased was a painful process. Chad did all the work! Chad had my trade in appraised while we went for a test drive....and the entire purchase process was carefully explained in detail and it was obvious that it was a team effort from the front door to Finance.....I bought a Used Van but was treated like I was buying a top of the line FORD........

Fantastic Experience

From walking onto the lot to driving home in my Ranger, Ben and everyone at Mullinax made this car buying experience the best I have ever had. We didn't even consider that it was Black Friday, it was simply the time we had to shop. While the dealership was understandably busy, we were at all times made to feel we were their priority. I would recommend driving to Olympia and dealing with an amazing group of wonderful people.

2013 Ford Escape by Appointment

No bargaining...just good sales service by Jeffrey. Car I found on Internet turned out to be a smokers car and Jeffrey was fairly sure I would not like it so was prepared with an exact year and model with a bonus of less miles on the odometer and this is the one I purchased. Thank you Jeffrey.
