Mullinax Ford of Olympia

There are nice sales people there, and at least they knew quite a bit about electric cars and trucks (unlike some dealerships and sales people!). They do not work on commission, just on number of cars sold, so lower pressure to upsell. They did not know the details of the Ford Charge Station Pro, that this is what enables the truck to have Bidirectional Power to your house, or that it is an 80 AMP LEVEL 2 CHARGER, or that the included installation is worth another about $1500! This led to it not being included with my truck, instead there was a small credit added. They say they cannot do anything about it, but I will keep trying until I get the charger that I need for the full functionality of my truck!

Very easy process, everything was straightforward. Chad was great to work with. Took a little longer than we expected to get the truck prepped and ready to take home, but we bought one that had just hit the lot so not a huge deal.

Tom Keefe was very patient and helpful in the whole process. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Great experience

After purchasing 3 trucks here I wouldn't recommend any ford dealership. I thought the truck we were buying was on sale for $54,000.00 plus tax, license, etc. After it was written up and was $65,000.00 I was shocked!! Then I was told that because I wasn't financing through ford I didn't get the sale price!! Seriously that didn't say that anywhere in plain English!!

I had a great experience at Mullinax Ford of Olympia. I worked with Chandler again and he did Awesome!! Week earlier I bought a 2024 Ranger and realized I needed a BIGGER truck; I came back to Chandler, and he took care of me and helped me into a 2024 F150. Also, Chad the Sales Manager was there to help and the whole second experience was Great !! Every time I stop in, the people are very friendly and kind and helpful.

Once again there is a reason we only buy our vehicles at Mullinax Ford! We are treated like family and when we walk into the dealership we are greeted by first name and often a hug. Jon Robison has been selling us vehicles for years and has become not only our salesperson but a friend. Diane has worked our deals and always treated us well and gotten us the best rate with minimal impact to our credit. She will go above and beyond for her customers. Then there is Grant who always takes time to talk to us and ask how our family is and update us on his golfing adventures. We couldn't ask for a better group of people!
