Great customer care
The sales guy was fantastic from beginning till the car was delivered. He updated me patiently and made sure I was satisfied with my choice of car. He even made sure i was thought how to operate my lovely BMW i5 by one of their specialist in the dealership. Great customer service and great car.

Great Service and friendly staff
I loved the experience that I had at BMW West, everyone was super friendly and not push AT ALL.. EVERYONE that i encountered was super friendly from the moment I walked in the door. my sales person Raymond really made the process smooth and didn't make me feel like just another number. He is very knowledgeable and even after my purchase he has went out his way to answer any questions or concerns that I may have. I would definitely recommend BMW West for your next BMW purchase.

Absolutely the worst service experience ever.
Absolutely the worst service experience ever. I took my car in for three simple things: Oil change, new battery and to diagnose and potentially fix a sunshade that was inoperative. I was told that a software update was required to fix the sunroof shade that would cost $400+. I was skeptical, but the fateful decision to approve would result in me losing my car for over a week after waiting 6 hours at the dealership. The BMW West service center somehow screwed-up the software update and that rendered my entire car inoperative. After fixing their screw-up which required new parts (their cost), it did not fix the sunshade problem. This, of course, required another part and more time. As a bonus and departing gift, I had to reprogram all my car preferences. I accidentally left my garage door remote in the loaner car they provided and I couldn't have found a more disinterested team of service personnel in helping me locate despite a clear trail of custody for the loaner. Incompetence and insensitivity are not a winning combination. Again, the worst service experience ever and that is an extremely low bar since the two other BMW dealerships I've tried also provide terrible service.

I seriously doubt that you could do anything to "turn my experience around" short of refunding the entire service visit. The time and money I've spend to get me back to where I was prior to this service encounter is lost forever. You have my contact information, so it is upon the dealership/BMW to make things right. It will take more effort than simply responding to a bad review or an empty apology.

Went to BMW West Houston to test drive the 2024 228 i.I am impressed how professional and approachable West Houston branch is.Regarding the car ,the exterior is amazing , i always love BMW and never faild me finally have one , my first ever BMW.I can say the car is realiable and safe .i just love it.
