This is our third BMW X3 from BMW of West Houston (Oct 4, 2025), and once again, the experience was exceptional. Berj Khanoyan, sales manager, was extremely professional throughout the entire process, making everything seamless and stress-free. His team, especially Ranya and Aria, went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our new car was handled with great care. Their dedication and attention to detail made the delivery process impeccable, the car was presented in the cleanest and most pristine condition imaginable. We truly appreciate the outstanding service and commitment from the entire team.  BMW of West Houston's team truly exemplifies the five-star service at its finest. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care reflect the very best of what Houston has to offer. Vincent (Vinnie) Adduci was a great help ordering a new

Vincent (Vinnie) Adduci was a great help ordering a new 2026 X7 xDrive40i. I wanted the rear steering for parking maneuverability (2VH--Integral Active Steering) without ordering the V-8 (2VH is standard on the X7 M60i). The BMW national website does not let you add the DHP option (dynamic handling package with 2VH) for the 40i when building a virtual X7. Vinnie knew you could order that option and also double-checked for me. The loyalty, discount, and trade-in value offered were excellent and so he ordered the X7 40i with all the options I wanted, including DHP, and it will be built in a few weeks. I can't wait to get it. Thanks, Vinnie! Bob M. Also, I want to mention that we have been with our Service Advisor, Joanna Wolf, for many years and I can’t say enough good things about her. Great service at BMW West. Joanna keeps us informed about everything and makes sure all that needs to be done is taken care of quickly and for a reasonable price. The free maintenance and warranty work is done with no trouble or issues at all. Any recall notices (rare) are also checked by Joanna. For such a large dealership it’s really nice to feel we have friends there. Bob M.

Set an appointment online.

Set an appointment online. Got a phone call 10 min later, and got 3 confirmation texts. The last confirmation text was about 15 min prior to appointment. I get the just for Jacob Garza to tell me "Oh they didn't call you?" so off to a bad start already. Then tells me "We don't actually have the car here on the lot and is getting some major work done to it and will maybe be there tomorrow" I had to drive from BAYTOWN in sit in traffic for over an hour in a half. So time is not valued here. Also I was offered over 2k less than any other on my trade in. So within 30 min I was walked out. And had to drive another hour+ in traffic back to Baytown. Very disappointed in the service and communication from this dealership. PLEASE save your time and money and do not visit this "Dealership" BMW of west Houston. Also have reached out to ask why I wasn't informed. No answer was giving.
