I first contacted this dealership after seeing their TV commercials about getting everyone approved, regardless of past credit problems. So, I called to inquire, filled out an application online, and got a call from one of their salesmen who all but promised that I could get approved...no problem. Three weeks later I called and asked about the progress on getting a deal set. He told me that with my credit report, I would need to give them a twenty five hundred dollar down payment to get approved! Can you be live it! The People's Dealership indeed! Greg and staff of Ultimate Image Auto were awesome. Greg worked very hard to ensure that we left there in a vehicle that we liked and could afford. He was very informative on every car that we inquired about, gave us his full attention. I highly recommend Greg and Ultimage Image Auto, they're the best!

These guys will get you in a car and promise that you can trade it after about 6 months with good payments. After which time you are so upside down by twice the value of the car that no one will refinance it leaving you stuck I'm the vehicle. I am one of five family members who trusted this dealer and paying the price today. We all regret it. Be ware.

Today I brought a 2010 Nissan Maxima I was very please with the service there. My sales person name was Angelo Mickens he represent his self as a Transportation Specialist. He was very patient with me and my husband and didn't rush us to pick out anything he made sure we was satisfied before we left. The staff was very friendly there and made sure you was comfortable and it didn't take all day to close out the deal. I wish I knew about them before I purchase any other cars I used to have. I left out a happy customer. Thanks so much Angelo for you service and your patient you made me feel right at home.

Today ( April 21,2015) My husband and I went to Ultimate Image Auto, just to look at what they had. We met Greg Miller, he was one of the sweetest people I have met, in car sells, this was not my first time shopping for a car. At other places me being a female I was not even looked at, nor talked to, but Greg and the rest of the staff made it a point to make eye contact with me and asked me my opinion on everything. Needless to say I have a new Dodge Dakota. Greg took his time to make sure we received the payment plan and deal that we could afford, Thank you Greg Miller for all you did for my husband and I you are the best!

I purchased an Acura TL-S here in 2007. It has served me well. JB was able to get my loan approved when other dealerships could not. I am looking to purchase another vehicle and plan to return to JB! Hopefully Ultimate has exactly what I'm looking for AGAIN because I would hate to purchase a vehicle elsewhere!
