Avoid this place. Was sold a car that was so overpriced cannot sell it or trade it. On the same car, had to pay over 500 for repairs after their "Warranty" shop (Auto Tech) supposedly could not find a problem with a SMOKING alternator. Needless to say, shortly after their sorry warranty expired, the alternator had to be replaced - out of pocket. They will rip you off.

I tried ultimate image after being denied by other local dealerships. Shane was my salesman and everything went absolutely perfect. He was soooooo helpful in every way he could be! He is very well mannered and is a peoples' person. If you're going to buy a nice used vehicle. ... Go to ultimate image! They work out a deal when the rest of Tallahassee says no. Just ask for my boy Shane. He's great!

Purchased a car from this dealership, and had to bring the car back multiple times, some of the repairs they refused to fix them. My salesman said "All cars on the lot can't be perfect." What dealer says that? If you want a car with a lot of issues and want to be ripped off and sexually harassed, then this is the place for you. If you want a respectable dealer and a car you can depend on, find another dealership.

I love my Lincoln MKX, and my Salesman Angelo Mickens was great. He was very knowledgeable, and I was able to drive away in my newer SUV in less than 2 hours :)

After finding the vehicle I had been searching for I fell in love with it, and tried to walk away several times afraid of rejection but Mr. Angelo to my surprise got me approved and riding the same day.
