I truly enjoyed working and talking with the employees at Ultimate Image but when it came to the final purchase of the vehicle I wanted was very disappointed. I felt as though I was not allowed to have what I want but only what they wanted me to have and they blamed it on the bank. My thing is if you can finance one vehicle for a certain amount of time at a certain payment you should be able to finance the one I want for the same amount of time. They bill themselves as the "people dealership" but this is only if you fit into what they want you to. If I am paying MY MONEY for something I want what I want not what you want me to have. You only do children that way.

My day at ultimate image auto was the best car shopping experience I have ever experienced. I was not expecting to drive off the lot with with a vehicle.I encountered this young handsome man who just rocked my world. I am very happy and grateful! At first, it seemed like no one wanted to help me until I had gone inside an introduce myself as a customer! Then a nice gentleman by the name of Jermaine came out and help me with all my questions and concerns. He was very nice with a great sense of humor!!!
