Okay I'm done with this car dealership.. I've been doing business with them or trying to do business with them for two months and no car, just recent I and my Daughter was told we would be called on Monday and it's now Tuesday and no phone call to neither one of us, I now just want my money put back on my credit card, they have given my Daughter her money back and I should have said at the same time to refund my money but again giving them another chance and nothing has changed - I just want my money credited back to my credit card and call it a lesson learned..

This was a GREAT experience for me. I've come by Ultimate Image a couple times, never working with anybody. I came by and meet Marcus and since meeting him; I feel like I have a reliable and trustworthy contact for a great deal on the vehicle I love. I recently purchased a car from Ultimate Image Auto Inc. and couldn?t be more pleased with the all around service that I received. My sales man David not only assisted me though the process. He was very considerate about my concerns/needs as if he was purchasing the vehicle. David was very sincere, passionate and delivered great patience with the entire process. As I had a billion & one questions & concerns that I know would have made average salesman uneasy. He was compassionate in making sure I was fully comfortable before making my decision. Not only did he provide exceptional care during the process, but after my purchase I received a friendly phone call from David. The follow up was concerning if I was pleased and happy with the vehicle and that gesture speaks for itself. I did not feel as if I was pressured by a car sales man, who was just trying to make a sale Instead. Ultimate Image Auto did a great job employing such an exceptional individual. I would most definitely recommend not only this company but David as he is no doubt the one you want assisting you.

I looked on their site and of course you had to leave your phone number and email. So they called and I spoke to a very nice lady. I explained my credit history. She then said just come on in we have multiple creditors for people aa yourself. I said are you sure cause it over 50 miles to drive there. The answer was yes. So I drove up a few days later with high expectations meet the nice and friendly salesman. Oh yes he says we can help you. On the way up mind you I hear their commercial about a nicer newer car and we can get you approved. So we go in do the credit app. after I find the vehicle I want. So then he comes back oh well see you have this on your credit do you have a co signer. I did they run theirs and come back oh they dont have any credit. hmm. sorry we cant help. Later found no creditors what so ever ran my credit just the car lot did. Now just a month later my cosigner has 3 major credit cards but no credit. Now over a month later i still receive emails how important I am to them as a customer. This place is awful.

I went to this car lot with the intentions of "looking". However, after being there for a few hours, I was able to drive home in the car that I wanted. This included test driving of several vehicles! Bobby took his time with us, never pressured us into getting something that we did not want! Finding financing was a breeze! The best used car lot in town. The staff is friendly, they have a great selection of vehicles and Bobby really knows his trucks! I definitely recommend going here if you're in the market for a truck and make sure you work with Bobby, he's the best!

I do really like the car I bought, however several things were noted some which were a written agreement between us to get fixed and others were just simple text back and forth with the salesman since and him agreeing that he would take care of the issue. Some are minor and some were more expensive fixes. I was promised the entire time that the day I wanted to get these repairs fixed they would take care of everything in "ONE" day so I wouldn't be without a car, because "THEY" do not loan you a car and claim they have rental coverage that is never set up for you. Needless to say when I went back to pick up my car only one of the problems were taken care of. I did without my car the entire day and was told I had to take it another dealership tomorrow to get the keys programmed, which is their leg work but I now have to take off work and also spend time taken care of their problems. I didn't have two or three of the other problems even addressed. When I ask about these the salesman which is also the "son" to the dealer, stated he couldn't possibly do that because he give me such a great deal on the purchase. I got very rude and told him that had nothing to do with what he has promised both in writing and in many text back and forth. He never would return the calls or text I had to always follow back up again and again. Their solution is to use their mechanic shop and I have to pay for this, which is also "family owned" another source of putting money back into the family tree!! I don't need a mechanic referral service I wanted my car fixed. I am very unhappy and don't plan on stopping with these reviews I will post on any site I can to get the attention of others. When the customer is unhappy and done wrong the dealer should make it right instead I was told they don't like my threats of putting out bad reviews but it doesn't hurt them that they deal with customers like me all the time. Is that so? So you have other unhappy customers?

I would like to say Eloy Martin is the most professional, courteous car-salesman I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
