I am so skeptical of car salesmen, they're always pushy and short with you. I decided to go to Ultimate Image because I love their commercials and was hoping their staff was different than all the other car lots in town. Let me say they have the absolute best team around. Bobby was the most helpful and honest salesman. He got me into my 2013 Altima and I LOVE my car. If you're looking for a great used car I highly recommend going to Ultimate Image and working with Bobby, he's the best!

The excellent customer service that I received during the buying process stopped as soon as I walked out the door. Was told nothing was wrong with the vehicle and that all of their vehicles are inspected by their mechanic before they go on the lot for sale. Had not had the vehicle a week before it had to go to their mechanics shop, who told me my vehicle had never been there before then. This mechanics shop must be used for them to honor their so called 3,000 mile/90 day warranty. It was in that repair shop 3 times and all of the issues were not addressed or repaired. I finally took it to a reputable shop and when I left that shop, all concerns and repairs were completed to my satisfaction. I had to pay for the repairs, but at least it is now fixed and running like it should. Buyer beware before you buy a used vehicle from Ultimate Image.

This was my first car purchase since 2003. So I was extremely leery. The service was fantastic and very convenient for me. Took care of paperwork in a very short amount of time. Never felt pressured in fact I left went did some homework came back an hour later and purchase the car. Fair price. But the commercials still drive me nuts!
