Hi Mike & Nick,I’m sorry this review to so long in coming.First off ,we are not a first time buyer from Reliable,we just recently purchased are 5th car from there dealership, if you are a out of state buyer make the drive, you will not be disappointed, if you live in the area chances are you know their reputation, you may come in as a customer but you leave like your family.Their cars are perfect ,pricing is great, and follow thru is second to none.I ll bet if you purchase from Reliable,you will never step into a new car dealership again.

First time buyer from Reliable Automobile Sales, Inc. and it was the best car buying experience I've had. The car was immaculate. There was truly no hassling and the price was good. We were able to get through the paperwork quickly. We traveled 3 hours from the Madison area to make the purchase, and I will be checking the inventory here for future purchases. I definitely recommend taking a look at what they have if you are in the market.

Call Mike at Reliable for great used cars. We drove from Minneapolis to buy a car from Mike. We saved thousands by searching out Mike and found the process to be straight forward, honest and low pressure. Mike tells it like it is so you aren't left to wonder about the history of the car or the price. Purchasing from Mike was a very pleasant experience.

They were very kind, patient & accommodating. I even recommended them to my Mother! She ended up buying a car as well. The owner rode with her to explain all the bells & whistles and then the staff answered all her questions weeks after the purchase! They totally took care of her!

I can't say enough about Reliable Auto- Most used car places want to sell you something they have- they don't really know about the car/truck they are selling, but Reliable DOES- these guys check out only the "primo" vehicles thoroughly before putting them on their lot- you get EXACTLY what Reliable says you get, and no "playing games" with money haggling- they put a fair price on well maintained "cream of the crop " vehicles, and thats precisely what you get- rare to see any business operate so honestly...

Contacted the dealership and were ready to walk away with a specific car. Specifically asked what the price would be "out the door" so we could take out a loan. Received a number and drove an hour and a half to buy the car. Fill out all of the paperwork and the price increases $1200. We showed the emails specifying the "out the door price" and where we state we need to know so we can take out a loan. They then expect us to take out a new loan to suit this new number. No thanks. Goodbye.

Excellent experience at Reliable Autos. Quality automobiles,fair prices. Found the Ford Escape that had all the options we were seeking, and the price was very fair. First dealer,that didn't pressure us to buy something we didn't want. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Hi Mike, we are loving our F150. It's the next best thing to being brand new...without the brand new truck price. Thanks for making everything easy for my wife and I. You and your partner were very helpful and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be back when it comes time for her to get a different vehicle. The only thing I regret is that I hadn't gone to RELIABLE sooner. I would have saved a lot of time and miles traveling around northeast Wisconsin looking for the right truck. When Brian and I got home Friday night we sat around discussing not our wonderful new car but instead what a wonderful experience we had purchasing the car from you, your dad Mike Sr. & Nick. Traveling over 500 miles to look at car and hoping it would be what was advertised can be stressful. The minute your dad came out of the office smiling and offering his hand I liked him and it only got better from there. His trust of us to test the car without escort, or at a minimum proof of driver's licenses and insurance, confirmed my belief that honest people trust others to be honest. The trip home was long but when we got out of the car at home and found that the mirrors had lights that lite up Mustang logos on the pavement we were like two giddy kids. I'm getting the thumbs up as I go by from the 4 to 80 year olds. Thanks Nick for going over all the details with us. We are still learning what all it does. Mike, everything you told me about Reliable Auto and how you do business proved to be true. You guys rock.
