I have always had a good experience with the service dept, and when recently buying a new Subaru, I had a really positive experience with Isaac. He was warm, courteous, and knowledgable. He found the car that I wanted, didn’t try to oversell anything (respected my boundaries on price and features), and kept me updated as to when the car would arrive. I get nervous going into these situations, but I never felt uncomfortable or like I needed to find another place to work with. I would recommend him and this dealership in an instant.

Outstanding experience. Sales associate Zack Mathis was pleasant knowledgeable efficient personable and fully answered all of our questions. Very pleasant to work with. The finance guy Daniel as good as Zack.

I was scheduled to have new tires put on Friday, but over the weekend there was an occasional thumping noise when I drove. I went in early mornings bday morning just to have them check it out. They said they needed to be changed now and worked me in even though they were busy.
