Lees Summit Subaru got my Forester in and out in less time than it took to go get a burger nearby with a new battery, an oil change and a tire rotation. Good work guys!

Wait.

Wait..... you mean you can walk into a dealership and they listen to you; don't pressure you into something you don't want it need, and treat you like you are going to be in a relationship with you for life. YES!! Lee's Summit Subaru is that one. I'm impressed, elated, and never going any where else.

I need to get a state inspection done on a ford that I purchased, and William and the service department were able to get me in the same day with no wait time! Highly recommend their service department for any work that needs to get done!

Great first time experience with oil change at lees

Great first time experience with oil change at lees summit subaru. Very fast service ( less than an hour).Especially wanted to mention the services of Lauren. Her kind approach and resulting conversation made my time in customer waiting lounge seem very short. The sticker left in my vehicle on windshield as a reminder of next time for oil change is not legible. That should be improved.

Was completed in less time estimated. Service was very good. Had one issue that the service person said it should be performed at next maintenance time. The waiting room was very good. Everybody was very friendly and knowledgeable.

My experience with Lees Summit Subaru was extraordinary. Sean was incredible. My warranty company was non responsive and disorganized but Sean constantly followed up with me on steps he took to get them to give approval. My car was at your shop for 37 days waiting for warranty company. Sean was persistent with follow up and kept me informed. I also started communicating with warranty company. Without his help Im not sure we would have got approval. He is incredible! He deserves a raise, an award and any possible recognition for going above and beyond! 5 stars is not enough!

5 stars is not enough! Last year, we purchased a vehicle from Lee's Summit Subaru and couldn't think of a better way to show our appreciation for how amazing they were than to come back when we decided our other vehicle was ready to trade. Right away, we knew that decision was the right one! Mike and Haleigh showed us that they cared about us, wanted to help us, and could not only meet our needs but also exceed our expectations. Not only was the car buying process easy with these two, they were amazingly genuine and personable the whole time. When it came to the paperwork and finances, James guided us through each option and helped us find just the right combination of protection for our vehicle and our budget. I said 5 stars wasn't enough and I meant it. 17 STARS (if only I could)!
