This dealership is great

They helped me replace the tires on a car I bought from autosource 4 yrs ago. Very helpful with advice finding the right tires for my, even helped get them installed. Great job!

Dan from the Bob-Boyd Chrysler team did an excellent job

Dan from the Bob-Boyd Chrysler team did an excellent job of taking care of me. I handled 99% of the deal through email, and only had to show up to fill out paperwork and pick up my new vehicle. I was out of there in about 45 minutes. Excellent team and well-oiled process.

Rory IS like family, i would trust him with my life. Bought 2 BMW's, the service was INCOMPARABLE. Rory should have been a priest.

Great people who follow through and work hard to make a customer feel appreciated. The car I was interested in wasn't the color my wife wanted or I would have purchased it on the spot. This is a dealer I felt I could trust.

First totally on line Car purchase

The salesman you must talk to is Benson Walls. I took a leap of faith and bought a VW Jetta Sports Wagon site unseen based on pictures and Benson reassurance.The car was better than expected.No car dealer BS.This is the most pleasurable easy car buying ever and low dealer fees too.

Get an inspection first.

Overall the experience wasn't the worst I have encountered. They are fair with trade in value but not willing to budge too much on price. Do a thorough check and then have your mechanic look at it. There cars are in good shape for the price point they are asking for. The financials was easy but definitely felt rush with some of the paperwork, so make sure to read everything.

Great Experience

This is the most pleasurable easy car buying experience I have ever had. I have spent hours in other dealerships purchasing a car as these other dealerships will try to up sell you on warranties, scotch guard, rust protection, etc and there is just a lot of waiting around. At Autosource, they do offer a full coverage extended warranty but once you say no, they don't ask you why not, or try to sell you anything else. They do provide a 3 month 3000 warranty on the power train for no additional charge. There is no pressure whatsoever to buy a car. Benson is easy going, has the answers and is very helpful & knowledgeable about the cars I have looked at. He provided regular updates while my car was getting prepped for delivery, always answered his phone & went above & beyond to make sure I was happy. The whole buying process took about 30 minutes. This is how a car buying experience should be. I love my A6.
