I was very reluctant to buy an electric car from a non-dealer. I was concerned that if something went wrong, could and would these people take care of it. The car I bought was the deluxe model and $2000 less that the offers at the dealership for the basic model. I was preparing myself by thinking that if this car needs $2000 worth of repairs then I would still be ok. I waited a couple of months to do this review. I was going to wait until their 3 month warranty ran out ... but everything has been perfect. From the first visit, though the financing and until now.... perfect. Steve Feutz

I got Lucky, finding the car I was looking for. Little did I know, I was also Lucky, the car was at Autosource! We live in Florida. My wife and I visited their dealership, in Milwaukee, to inspect the car we wanted. Nathan was waiting for us. Nathan, had us inspect the vehicle. Asked us if we had any questions and, gave us the key to the car and, basically said, see you when you get back! No pressure. Pleasant staff. Originally, I didn't care for the "no haggle price" but, after a little research, they were spot on. Nathan even got us a better price, (I shopped around) on having our car transported back to Florida. Our experience was excellent with, Nathan and, Autosource! I Highly Recommend Autosource!

We first spoke with Nate after seeing one of their vehicles during our online search and told him what we were looking for and what price range. He was very informative and we decided to head to the dealership to see and drive a few vehicles. We took several different makes and models for a drive and so we were able to really narrow down our selection to exactly the car we wanted in the end. Ed then worked to secure the best financing by comparing several sources for the best deal. We signed the papers and I'm now driving a 2017 Audi A4 and could not be more pleased. It was a great car buying experience and we'll be back!

I live in Holland, MI. I had a ‘14Passat (122K miles) TDI SEL that was totaled in an accident. (The car had not yet been modified for any of the VW emissions scandal) I LOVED that car that I wanted another one. In my search Autosource was the only dealership that had what I wanted. I spoke with Nate (sales) and Ed (financing) on the phone a few times about what I wanted. The online reviews were positive. I took a leap of faith and took the ferry across Lake Michigan from Muskegon to Milwaukee. (I mean seriously, if I didn’t feel comfortable about the vehicle I’m renting a car and driving back to Holland or staying overnight and taking the ferry across the next day!) That being said, there was no pressure to purchase the vehicle. The ferry ride was 2.5 hours and when I arrived they picked me up and in the car I wanted. I took it for a test drive back to the dealership. I looked at a few other cars and decided the ’15 Passat TDI SEL was what I wanted. Off for another test drive to downtown Milwaukee and back. The car seemed solid. My biggest questions were mileage and perforce of the car post the VW emissions modifications. Nate ensured me that from his experience there was little to no difference in either. (I asked the question about 8-10 times. He was more than patient with me) The car had a small scratch on the rear bumper. Nate took $300 off the cost of the vehicle because that was the estimated cost to repaint the scratch. Ed was just as courteous and listened to my needs about what kind of coverage and protection I wanted. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend Autosource to anyone in the Midwest if they have a vehicle you are interested in. Thanks Nate and Ed for a positive experience.
