The team at Autosource were terrific to work with. I was interested in a 2015 VW Golf. The sales team never pressured me to purchase the vehicle, offering a number of test drives and always asking whether I had questions. I also found them to be well informed. The car was clean and fairly priced. In addition, Nate followed up with me after the purchase. I will definitely go back to Autosource the next time I am in the market for a used car.

I had never bought a used car ever! I had been looking for a specific Audi for weeks and came across an add online for the car that I ultimately purchased from Autosource. Prior to this, I had agreed to purchase the same vehicle from dealerships in San Diego and a "high end" used car dealership in Boulder, whom in the end, lacked any business integrity. To say that I was discouraged in dealing with used car sales industry was an understatement. That all changed when I contacted Nate at Autosource, who was excellent. He perfectly described the vehicle to me in straight forward non-salesman like manner. Nate returned my emails and calls promptly and followed through on exactly everything he said he would. No nonsense-Perfect! I stepped well out of my comfort zone and purchased the vehicle- sight unseen! It turned out to be the best car buying experience ever. The vehicle is just great and I will most definitely look to buy vehicles from Nate again because he has earned my trust.

I purchased a 2013 Jetta TDI a few weeks back from this dealership. The battery failed a week after I bought the car. Steve covered the cost of the new battery and I installed it myself. No hassle whatsoever.

We were looking for a 4-5 year old smart car, and weren't sure if we wanted the gas model or the electric model when we began. These cars are hard to find used in our area, but Autosource seems to make a point of having them, and had a 2014 as model posted on cars.com, which immediately caught out eye, because it was so low mileage. We put in an inquiry, and Peter called us and took lots of time to talk us through the issues, and said he also had an electric model, also 2014 and low mileage. We went to the dealership, and tried them both, and were greatly impressed with the quality of both cars. They were as friendly and helpful in person as they were by phone. The financial part of the transaction was done by Pamela in a very clear way, and we were done with the entire purchase in 40 minutes. Benson also took the time to explain details of the vehicle and to finish the transaction. We did not want to drive the car home (90 miles, electric car with 70 mile range.... you do the math!), so they arranged shipment for us for a very reasonable extra cost. In short, a great team with quality cars and superb service. We would see them again for our car needs.

The have great customers service. I call about a screw in my tire, he they said bring it down and the mechanic can fix it. I was in and out in 15 mins. I Deffently will buy my next car from them also. They listened to what I wanted, the first time I came they didnt have the options I wanted, so I told them I was going to waite until they had some, they didnt pausch me to buy one to Seattle, gave me lots of information about the vehicles I was looking for. I returned a few months later and there was my dream truck. I came in and they said I see I saw the truck u were looking for, let go take a look. They are awasome. Thank u.
