I made an out of state purchase from Auto source which requires a lot of trust and honesty. I was a little nervous buying without seeing the vehicle, but they made everything very easy and everything went smoothly. Steve was very accomodating and met all of our needs. We even had an issue with a puncture in a tire which appeared to be from the shipping company (who was not at all helpful) but Steve got us set up with a new tire. The customer service was phenomenal. I would gladly do business with them again. And if someone happens to be making a purchase out of state, you can trust this company. I am more than satisfied!

I found myself looking for a car for my daughter and looked a lot of cars on line .Since I drive past Auto source car lot sometimes I checked them out on line .There web site is one of the best I have ever seen and after finding what I was looking for I stopped to take a look. What you will find there is a friendly staff no pressure to buy and cars that will not disappoint. I can not say enough about how nice the staff is and how smooth it all went ..

I had an excellent experience here. No gimmicks or gaming sales tactics. Professional behavior. Low prices. Reasonable salespeople. Friendly staff. They worked hard to answer questions and address any concerns. They represented my vehicle well. It's been two months, and I'm just as happy with my car. They don't really haggle/negotiate here, but that's because they have the cheapest prices (for the quality of car) in the state. I had my spreadsheet of 52 used vehicles of the make/model I was looking for, and they were at the top for a low-priced, quality vehicle. I was surprised to see at other, bigger dealerships in MIlwaukee/Waukesha, how they actually go through that nonsense of "let me go talk to my boss" or trying to trip you up with numbers on four-square sheets. There was none of that here--you just walk in and buy the car without the pressure, and they're flexible within reason.

Drove 2 hours to see one of their cars. It was ok but they would not budge on price. I can't help but feel this is because they knew I made a long drive to see the car. Just wanted to mention this so out of towners know this. I'm sure they make deals if you are local. Typical sleazy used car dealer.
