This was my first solo experience buying a car and it came soon after buying my first home so this was an overall stressful period for me. I had a very negative experience at another huge car dealer - they just treated me like a nobody and didn't care about what I wanted. Then I found Auto Source (the north side location). Peter and Tia were very personable, friendly, and seemed to care about what I was asking for. I did my research and knew the price was fair but they were able to work with me about a trade-in whereas the other dealer just ignored it. Hopefully it won't be for a while, but I plan on coming back to Auto Source for my next car buying experience. Thank you so much!

This was my first time working with Autosource Motors and it was an excellent experience! I called and talked with Peter and I immediately could tell he was quite knowledgeable. To add icing on the cake I liked him instantly as he seemed honest and was very nice.

My husband and I recently bought a car from Autosource and had a great experience. The sales people are paid salary and the whole process was relaxed . The sales person talked us through their mid-sized sedans in our budget and helped us narrow it down. After we bought our car, my husband noticed a light out and an issue with one of the tires. Autosource had us bring the car in and they replaced the light, replaced the brakes and rotors on the front and replaced the faulty tires. I really appreciate that they went above and beyond, really inspired loyalty and customer service. They buy at auctions, so the car we got was a great value.

I bought a used 2013 Nissan Altima SL with 22k miles for an excellent price. I had been pricing out this car for months and Auto Source had by far the best deal. Nate greeted me and immediately let me take the car out by myself for a test drive. I test drove another one as well for comparison. When I decided I wanted to purchase the first one, Nate had an offer written up within minutes. Within 2 hours of showing up for the test drive, I was driving my new car home, and I drove home and back within those 2 hours so I could get a ride from my husband. It was a cash deal, absolutely no pressure, and Nate met me with a price I was happy with. Only 2 things I had to have addressed after I drove it off the lot - all 4 wheels were way out of balance (shook at high speeds), and the wipers were junk. Given the deal I got on the car, and given it's used, forking over $100 to address these elsewhere was no biggie. My only suggestion? Spend a few minutes with me going over the features of the car. I can imagine it's hard for used car dealers to know the ins and outs of every model, but would have been appreciated. Great experience overall, and I'd definitely buy another car here if I have the need.
