It couldn't possibly be easier.

Let's start with a fair price. It was worth flying in from Washington DC. Having all materials at my disposal (Carfax etc) eased my decision-making process. I knew I could trust the team at Autosource, and they delivered in full. After my arrival at MKE (of course an Autosource team member picked me up at the airport), I was able to sign prepared papers and be on my way. I did receive a few suggestions to enjoy Milwaukee while I had the chance (and did take advantage). Overall, the process was streamlined, the team was friendly, knowledgeable and diligent. The car was perfect, as described, and was detailed for my arrival. I would certainly do business again.

Professional and caring service

The facility was clean and the people were professional, courteous, and caring. My out of town transaction was carried through with extensive follow up of many details that were required to make the transaction smooth. All promises were delivered and the car was as described. Very high recommendation.

Great place to buy a car

Started looking around for a good used car at several dealers and came across what I was wanting for at Autosource, a Lexus RX. I stopped by and tested it and we made a deal that day. They were honest about how much room they had to work with in bargaining and I believe they gave me a great deal. They detailed the car and checked and fixed a few minor issues in a very timely fashion. They carry a nice selection of quality cars including luxury brands. This is a great place to buy a car!

Excellent dealer

I recently purchased an SUV from this dealer. During my search for this car, I interacted with multiple dealers. I was greatly impressed with Autosource. Their laid back approach allowed me to feel the freedom to make my own choice without pressure or upselling. I did not receive multiple phone calls and emails like i did from several other dealers. My car was well priced and was comparable to Kelly Blue Book. I would definatly use this dealer again!

Purchased Aud A-4

We worked with Steve on the purchase of our 2009 Audi A-4. He was extremely helpful, answered our questions without hesitation, and in the end we agreed on a fair price for a beautiful car. Horrible customer service

I did not buy a car from this dealership, and I'm kind of glad it worked out that way. I had been interested in a car here since I found it on their website. Before it was on the lot and even before pictures were posted on their website, I was calling to express my interest and inquire as to when it would be available for a test drive. After being told multiple times that they would call me as soon as they had it on the lot I never received a call. When I called, they said the car needed detailing and a minor fix at their mechanic. Then after about a week and a half, I received an email informing me that pictures had been posted and the car was available. I made the trip down on a Saturday only to be told they were actually still waiting for a part at their mechanic and the car was not there at all. Disappointed, I almost gave up on it. Then it got interesting. I called multiple times the following week to figure out exactly when the car would be on the lot. Through persistent calling, I determined it would be there on a Thursday afternoon. I went Thursday evening for a test drive. Great car, but still had a few issues. I was shocked that the radio completely didn't work. This wasn't included in the description of the car, and was not addressed by the mechanic that already took so much time. After test driving the car, I talked with the salesperson and informed him about the radio issue and a couple other little things I noticed. He said it would be off to the mechanic again and he'd keep me updated on the repairs and when the car would be back on the lot. After no update, I called again the following Tuesday and was told it just went to the mechanic and he would check with them and get back to me with details, probably in 30-45 minutes. No call. So, after giving him a couple days to get things in order, I called again on Friday and the car was sold! I had been expressing my interest in this car since before it was on the lot, informed them about issues that needed fixing, was promised multiple calls and updates on the car and then they pulled the rug out from under me by selling it to someone else. The horrible customer service gave me the impression that they either really didn't want to sell this car or, more specifically, that they didn't want to sell it to me. I wouldn't recommend dealing with these guys. Additionally, be aware that the listed price is the price you will pay, there is no negotiating.

I am sorry you were disappointed with your experience. Many of the cars we have for sale have a large number of interested buyers because of how competitively we price them and because, as you said, they are "great" cars. Steve did offer you the opportunity to put some money down to hold the car while we fixed the "little things" you had mentioned to us. While we were resolving those minor items, another customer put money down to buy it. I will gladly work to find you a similar car to the one you were originally interested in. Great experience, easy process start to finish

We had visited several dealerships but hadn't found the right vehicle with the combination of miles, year, price, features, etc. that we wanted. We happened to find a vehicle that AutoSource had advertised online that met all of our criteria. We visited the dealership to look at the car and met with Steve Johnson to get more information. AutoSource had Wi-Fi and TV to keep our kids happy and entertained which was a bonus! Throughout the process Steve was helpful without pressuring us to purchase. He reviewed the car history reports and answered our many questions. We had financing lined up in advance but Steve found us an even better rate. AutoSource made sure to go over the car again including washing it and filling up the tank before we picked it up. I would definitely recommend AutoSource and plan to visit them again for our future vehicles!

Fasts and courteous

My husband and I found the car we wanted, got financing and drove off in a beautiful 2010 Honda Accord in under 2 hours. Nate was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Auto Source to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle.

I had a very good experience w this dealer

I had a very good experience w this dealer. They made all requested repairs upon inspection prior to our purchase of the vehicle (near luxury mid size sedan). This included leaky struts, and alignment. They were even willing to have their mechanic look at faulty cigarette lighter nearly 90 days after purchase. Price was attractive relative to other dealers in the area for same make/model/year/miles and correspondingly negotiation on price was not really an option. Showroom and salesmen were very busy and a bit of a challenge to engage at times. Overall very equitable, respectful, and willing to stand behind their sale.
