No Hassle Buying

Nate was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me select the best vehicle for my needs. He even went so far as to show me a calculated true cost of ownership, including depreciation, of a new car I was considering (from another dealer) vs. the used car I was considering from them. Very low pressure. He just told me to drive both cars and buy the car I liked the best, as he felt they both were good cars. Pricing on vehicles is fair to all parties - got the car at a good price. Would definitely buy another car from them.

Avoid This Dealership

Sold a car that needed over $2,000 in work. Was lucky to get the car back home due to all the problems the car had. There warranty only covers THERE COST for Parts (cheap eBay knock offs) Not OEM Parts. So They wont even pay 50% Of the total repair cost as there Warranty stated. Had no Coffee or drinks available. The whole team ate there lunch in front of us while we were waiting for the car to come back and did not offer us anything. Avoid this dealership!

Great experience

This buying experience went extremely well. You don't always expect the smaller car lots to provide great customer service however they showed they cared. Love the car and would buy a car from them again.

Great Dealership!!! - 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe purchase

We purchased a 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe from Auto Source Motors, and can't say enough about how pleased we were with our experience. Steve was GREAT, attending to all our requests before we drove our car off the lot. After a few days, we found out the battery was dead and had to be replaced. After contacting Steve, he immediately sent a check out to us for reimbursement. Again, can't say enough about the friendliness and professionalism Steve gave us and we are sending everyone we know looking for a car out to Auto Source. Thanks again for making shopping for a car a pleasant experience, and we will definitely be back!!!

Get rid of automated replies

I approached this company about buying a used Porsche; I sent all details of my trade ( also a Porsche) the only thing I got back was an automated message that they would contact me. That was the last I ever heard from them.

Love the service

I've bought 2 cars from these guys. I'm lucky enough to live in the area. I've always been treated extremely well. No hassel at all any time I've come in to test drive, buy, or if something needed fixing. It's one of the rare dealers where I haven't felt like I didn't get the best price possible without losing quality of a vehicle. No haggle and no need. Very fair. I'll keep buying from them in the years to come.

Best Car Buying Experience, Impressed!

Picked up my 06 Escape today and couldn't be happier with the entire process. I was able to have my mechanic inspect the vehicle prior to purchase. Everything checked out great, brakes and tires were the only things in need of replacement. Steve gave me a couple options and in the end I paid half for brand new, really nice truck tires, and Autosource covered the brakes and rotors. This saves me time, money, and future headaches. Financing was easy, zero pressure, super friendly staff. I will absolutely recommend Autosource to all my friends and family in the market for a vehicle. Don't waste your time going anywhere else!
