The whole buying proces was relaxed, easy, and friendly. There was no pressure to purchase. Nate initially greeted me on the lot, answered a few questions I had, and then pretty much let me look around on my own. He gave me the keys to several vehicles on the lot and let me look at the cars on my own. When I had questions, he was right there to assist me. I test drove 3 vehicles, and again, there was absolutely no pressure to buy. I researched the cars and prices at other lots, and Autosource had better quality vehicles at better prices. The pricing was no haggle, and I felt it was fair. I feel I got a good deal. Steve helped with my trade-in and financing and was excellent to work with. In a couple of hours, I was on the road in my "new" car. Overall, I would highly recommend checking out Autosource if you are looking for a used vehicle. It was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had (and I have purchased a number of cars).

I purchased a 2011 Audi R8 Spyder from Autosource in Milwaukee. I was a little nervous about buying a high value exotic car over the internet but the dealership owner, Rory Oppenheimer was great and provided me with all the assurances and comfort I needed to make the deal. Prior to purchasing, he provided me with a copy of the original title, CARFAX reports, Audi Service History report and a Recall status (all closed) letter required for import into Canada. Despite having only 6200 miles (based upon time interval not miles), the car had just had a full Audi service completed. Rory also helped set up the transport company so that I could get my car ASAP. The car arrived exactly as described. Immaculate condition, clean with all the original documents, keys etc. It drives beautifully and I am very pleased with the purchase. I highly recommend Autosorce and Rory Oppenheimer without reservation.

This was my second time purchasing a car from Autosource....

This was my second time purchasing a car from Autosource. The crew is very helpful and friendly. The second you walk into the parking lot they are very attentive, not trying to push a sale but to help you look around and help you chose what best fits your needs. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends. Their prices are competitive and they finance department helps you get the best rate possible.

VERY DISAPOINTED.

I researched buying a car for 10 months, and broke down to purchase a 2006 Saab 93 from here. It?s has been one headache after another. 2 months into owning it the transmission blew (under warranty) great. Then a few months after that the Axel needed to be replaced, and 8 trips to the repair shop later *yes that is the number 8* (they use) they still cannot figure out what is wrong with the car. They now tell me they have to take it to a dealer to get a diagnosis. I have emailed Ryan, and he forwarded the email to the owner on how unhappy I have been with my purchase. The response was (typical) all the apologies then how much he has enjoyed his Saab?s and never had problems with them. I guess I was sold the worst lemon ever then. It?s not easy trying to make arrangements to bring it to the shop when you live 50 miles away, and they will not offer a rental (them or the mechanic they use). Basically I was told that nothing can be done, and I do get their price at the repair shop as long as I own the car!! Really EXTREAMLY DISAPOINTED

Even so, sometimes unforeseen issues arise - that is why we provide a warranty on every vehicle at no cost to our customers. This warranty did provide the full cost of repairs to your transmission 2 months after the sale. If future issues arise, we are always here to work with you and provide as much assistance as we can. Found the vehicle I was looking for via Internet...

Found the vehicle I was looking for via Internet searching leading me to AutoSource Motors in Milwaukee. After performing my due diligence (CarFax, etc.) I contacted Nate. I found him to be very genuine and professional, thus my confidence factor was in progression mode and even though I live out of state, I decided to purchase the vehicle with this in mind along with a nice price. I flew one way to Milwaukee and Nate graciously picked me up at the airport. Upon entrance to their facility, I was very impressed with the quality of vehicle selection and the modern facility itself. My vehicle was garaged and ready for the drive inspection which went flawlessly...I was ready to sign papers and the vehicle was filled with gas by Nate and Team. The next morning unfortunately while preparing for the drive back home, the battery was dead. Once jumped I decided to take my SUV to a local Cadillac dealer to run an inspection incl. battery check. I was delighted to know the vehicle inspected 100% good with the exception of a new battery needed and headed home for my 7.5 hr drive. I mentioned the experience to Nate and to my PLEASANT surprise he had asked me to fax him the receipt and 4 days later a mailed check was in hand for full amount of battery including the inspection expense. Overall, I'm really enjoying my new vehicle and I could not imagine a more enjoyable/ professional overall experience than the EXCEPTIONAL service I had with AutoSource Motors and Nate!

Exceptional Overall Experience!

Honest & Fair

The real judge of a car dealership is not so much when everything goes perfectly. Sure, it's great when you buy a car, you get a good price, and don't have any problems. But what happens when you do have problems after the sale? From my experience with AutoSource, I can honestly tell you that they really truly want the customer to be happy with their car. I did run into problems, the details of which I won't bore you with, but they fixed the problems immediately and had the work done by a first-rate repair shop nearby. No questions asked. They couldn't have been more helpful during the process. I can't say that my purchase went smoothly, but after some moments of worry, I can tell you that it came out well in the end, and the whole process wound up exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend AutoSource - I've told this story to all my friends, and I plan on buying my next car from them.

Nate, Steve and Ryan did a great job taking care of me...

Nate, Steve and Ryan did a great job taking care of me when I bought my Lexus IS 250. After buying the car I brought the car into a Lexus dealership to complete a recall. Lexus inspected the vehicle and found some issues that needed to address, adding to several thousands of dollars. I called up Nate and explained the issues...he told me to take it in and they'll take care of it. After a few days I came back to pick up the car and the issues were resolved as promised (free of charged). Thanks Nate for standing behind your vehicles and Autosource for providing quality customer service!!

Friendly, informative,no pressure sales people.

I was looking for a used Lincoln MKX with leather interior, moonroof and a stereo system that made me sound good when I sing along. I found what I was looking for at Autosource Motors Inc, 1010 E. Layton Ave., Milwaukee with a helpful sales person, Nate. Nate answered my questions without being overbearing. I ended up driving off in a beautiful, well maintained MKX.............singing along with the stereo and sounding good. Thanks Nate.

I ended up purchasing a 2010 Mercedes C300 from Autosource Motors. My purchase was handled by Mr. Oppenheimer of Autosource Motors and was handled with upmost professionalism and respect for the fact that I was purchasing this car from out of state, sight unseen. I never once felt that the car was misrepresented and when delivered it was exactly as described and pictured on their website.
