I emailed and called on a car and explained that I would be over to look at it. When I got there, I had to chase down a sales person who was reading their mail and then find out that the vehicle was sold a day earlier.

I inquired about the a vehicle I saw on Cars.com, received no reply. I followed up with a call and was pretty abruptly told that yea, the car is out there to come take a look. Seemed like the person was in a hurry or pre-occupied. I was taking someone to the airport the next day and decided to stop by. The car I was looking for was out front and after about 20 minutes looking around an no one came out, I walked in. Stood around for a few minutes as people walked around me and then one person actually asked if they can help me. Upon telling them what car I was inquiring about, I was told it was sold. That was the extent of my communication. Did not have the feel that this is a trustworthy place, but more of a fast talking place.

Nate and the Team you know what I think of you and your dealership. This is the 6 or 7th vehicle I have worked with you all on and I can't say enough about you and your service. It is by far the best I have ever seen. I drove in from Salt Lake City to make a car change. That is 1400 miles just to work with you all. So why is this so great...... If you have a car that has a battery go bad two weeks after getting the car...............on a freezing day......call Nate...........Battery on its way and replaced in about 30 minutes..no problems, no bickering, no stress. Just a friendly interaction and a new battery. Buy a car and have a small challenge with a tire......boom Nate is all over it. Tires replaced......no problem. Trade a car in and they want some original parts. Do they ask me to bring them in..........NO! They come and get them. From the word go these guys are world class. If you buy a car from them the bar will be set very high. Better get used to driving to Cudahy........ Thanks again for all the car buying I have done. Well Nate what can I say. You and the team there are top notch. I have worked with you guys on like 6 or 7 vehicles. Each time the experience was better than the last. I had some challenges with a few vehicles and each time I was taken care of in a manner that wet above and beyond. For example two weeks after I had purchased a vehicle the battery went dead at the post office. I called Nate and about 30 minutes later one of his guys was knocking on my window with a new battery in hand. He installed it and off I went....... Another car had a challenge with tire. Called Nate and Boom new TIRES.......amazing. On this last car when I went in the car needed jumped because it had been sitting. Did they just charge it as it was not discussed in the negotiation. No again they went above and beyond and ordered a NEW battery at no additional cost to me. How on earth can you complain about guys who think ahead. Ryan says we were trying to help you out........really what company today does that happen in..... I will tell you where. Autosource ~ that's where. These guys are a class act. Very caring and thinking about the customer. I appreciate the effort and the result. You will not be disappointed in your car buying experience. In fact the bar will be set so high that you will need to visit Cudahy every few years guaranteed. Thanks again Nate and Ryan. You guys rock!

I had been looking for a used Volvo XC90 for over a month and had terrible experiences with three other dealers. I saw a car online at AutoSource over the weekend and called about it Monday morning. By the time I arrived 90 minutes later it was already inside and being detailed. The car was very clean with no mechanical issues. I worked with Ryan and Steve. Both were very pleasant and made up for my negative experiences with other dealers weeks earlier. The advertised price was cheaper than other comparable cars and the amount given for my trade was better than any of the dealers I negotiated with. I purchased the vehicle and now one week later there still are no problems. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had.

They got me the financing I wanted, at a great interest rate, on the car I wanted (Porsche Cayenne). They even fixed a couple of things I noticed were wrong. Provided a history report as soon as I asked. Just made the process super easy. Then, after the sale they came into possession of a spare key for my new car and mailed it out to me. I am extremely pleased with the entire process I experienced at Autosource and will definitely buy from them again.

When we first arrived to see the car we were interested in, Nate had the car in the heated workshop for us to look at. (all we had to do is give him a 30 minute notice) I had many questions about the car and Nate, our sales professional was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. I was impressed by how honest and upfront he was. I have personally been in sales for 21 years and do not like having games played when negotiating. Nate gave us a price on the car with the trade in value of my exsisting car and that was final. It still beat competitors pricing for the same liketype car. I was very impressed with the incredible service we received and I cannot stress enough how nice is was to have a sales person who is honest, upfront and straight forward...no games...no gimmicks! I drove off feeling good about my purchase. I would highly recommend using Autosource for your future car purchase. We will be purchasing another vehicle in the next year and will make the 2 hour drive to Autosource....it is well worth it!
