We were specifically looking for a 2013 Fender Limited Edition Beetle, and I was willing to travel to anywhere in the 48 states to get one. (We wanted it as a 3rd "fun" yet practical vehicle.) To our surprise we after test driving many in Indiana and Illinois we found our Fender at AutoSource in Milwaukee. The car was in great condition and very low mileage. For a five year old car it looked brand new on the interior and the exterior was in great shape too. Nate and his team were amazing as well for customer service. I drove up for the test drive on a Thursday. Returned on a Saturday by train to pick the car up. There they were waiting to pick me up at Amtrak. Paperwork was completed asap, and they even help me with suggestions and tips about care of my new to me VW. (People don't believe me when I tell them it's 5 yrs old.) Thanks Nate and your team. We will be back when we buy our SUV.

I'm not sure where to begin with how great, friendly, and awesome these guys are!! I began looking for vehicles in late February. I was intent on getting an Audi A6 3.0 TDI, and was scrubbing several well-known internet car buying websites across the country. I had narrowed it down to a few but then the car AutoSource had just blew me away. I knew I had to have it. So I called. Spoke to Rory, the owner, and he gave me the background on the car (purchased from a dealer in CA) and told me the car was flawless. I asked regarding how many keys, and he stated if I purchased it, he'd get me a 2nd set of keys. I had also been in communication with Ryan, who sent me a myriad of pictures, which showed how fantastic the car looked at all angles inside and out. I secured my own financing and, out of curiosity, they had asked what rate and terms I had (which were good) and they thought they could beat that. And they did! So with all that taken care of, I was Fedex'd the paperwork overnight, and sent it back overnight. Within a week of first calling them, I had purchased the car! And since I live in Maryland, they had presented me with two options--I could fly in and drive the car home, and they would provide me with some compensation for my expenses, or I could have them ship the vehicle to me. I opted for the latter. Between winter storms, shipping companies dropping the ball, and me traveling for work, I finally received the car two weeks later. I was beyond happy! She looked fantastic! From here, Ryan and AutoSource went above and beyond my expectations! I noticed the owner's manuals were MIA. I was sent new ones within a week. I took the car for MD safety inspection (very thorough and required for registration). It failed due to a chip in the windshield that had previously been fixed (not to Maryland's expectation, apparently). Ryan had me get a second opinion, but told me if I needed it replaced, they would cover it all. And after a couple weeks to get the new windshield and an appointment for Audi to calibrate the system, the car has passed inspection. Ryan even kept in contact with me while he was in the hospital after having his child. There's commitment, and then there is what Ryan was able to do. I will definitely be recommending them for anyone I know looking to purchase a car. TL;DR: AutoSource was a great place to purchase a car from, especially sight unseen. They went WAY above and beyond what I would have expected. I won't blink twice before checking them out for my next car purchase.

I inquired online about a particular model and style car that was on the lot. I was contacted by Peter and informed him of my interest in the vehicle. I received an email and I spoke with the finance department not too long after. I went to the location and met Peter and the rest of the staff in person. After a quick test drive, I informed him that I would take ownership of the vehicle. I believe that I was in and out of the door within an hour. It was a very pressureless transaction, unlike previous purchases decades ago.

I’ve purchased many expensive new and used cars and was completely blown away by the “over the top” customer experience at Autosource. Listen up all Audi dealers take a lesson from these guys. They truling live customer first. Everything about the transaction was flawless and the condition of my new 2014 Audi Q7 TDI was equal to a showroom car. Steve takes every transaction like a personal purchase. Every detail and inspection had to meet his standards before I could take it home. We drove from the Twin Cities to look at a Mini they had on their lot. We arrived late Saturday. Upon arrival we found our to be Mini parked up front and cleaned up very well. We would have taken delivery that day, however I noticed an issue with the car. We drove home knowing it would get looked into and taken care of. The concern had been addressed immediately come Monday morning. A few days later our new Mini arrived at our home via courtesy delivery. Very knowledgeable staff and willing to work with you if a concern comes up. I myself am a certified Audi technician and I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is in the market for a quality product that they will stand behind. Pleasure working with these guys. They have a great selection of vehicles on hand. Well worth the drive if coming from out of the area.

Steve was awesome to work with. Car was ready for my test drive when I arrived at the dealership. I took the car for a ride by myself, which I like, and never felt pressured to buy. Once I determined the car was what I was looking for, Steve took care of everything. I never felt pressured to buy and the overall experience was excellent.

I was looking for an Audi Q7 and Rory (the owner) initially responded outside Autosource’s regular business hours via email. I clearly defined what features I desire in new vehicle, and Rory offered few vehicles, and I chose from rather large sample matching my unique requirements. After the initial contact, I continued to work on the deal with another Autosource’s employee – Ryan, who was equally as nimble and courteous as Rory. Vehicle was delivered in time - as promised, with all features inspected and reviewed – as promised, and Ryan also had Autosource inspect and replace all brakes and rotors on the vehicle, which was testimony of how much pride they get in how they conduct their business. Finally, the price was way below their competitors, and I sincerely hope they will be around in time we are ISO another vehicle in the future.
