I purchased an 07 bmw from autosource recently. We drove around mileuakee for most of the day striking out on good condition bmw's. I called autosource to see if someone would be available if I came 10 minutes before close. Benson answered the phone and waited for us. We took a test ride and it was dark by the time we came back. He offered to pull the car into their garage so we could inspect it in better lighting. We mentioned the front brakes were worn but otherwise the car was great. Benson offered to have their shop look at the brakes and we could pick it up the next day. Benson stayed 40 minutes after close for us! I returned the following day to complete the purchase and found out not only did they wash it and fill the tank but they put new pads and rotors on and replaced a ball joint I didn't know was bad. Everyone I dealt with at autosource was friendly. I would definitely consider them for future purchases.

Was looking for a used BMW in excellent shape across Wisconsin and Illinois. They beat the prices across all of them and had an excellent selection. Know that they price aggressive so do not expect to talk them down much, if any. That's a plus for anyone who just wants to purchase and not haggle. Worked with Nate and highly recommend him. Have been in my new ride for 2 weeks and loving it.

This was my 1st car buying experience from Autosource and it was one of the best I've had. I purchased my car from out of state, so I had to place a lot of trust in the information, etc. I received because I was purchasing it sight unseen. The whole transaction and ongoing communication with Nate went smoother than I expected, he even arranged for transportation to CT at a very reasonable cost. I felt the price I paid for my car was very fair and the car arrived as nice or nicer than I anticipated. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another car from Autosource.

I have never purchased a vehicle in so quickly and efficiently. I called Nate on Saturday around 3:30pm and told him about a vehicle I saw online. I asked how long it would take to purchase a car as I live in Chicago. He told me that the transaction would only be 15 minutes and it's the financing that would take a little long. I decided not to get financed and asked if I could come in that day. He said sure, my commute was an hour and a half, so he told me to send in a picture of my drivers license and he would do all of the paperwork before I got there. Due to traffic we arrived at 5:00pm which is closing time, however, Nate was there waiting for us with the car ready. He gave us the keys and told us to take our time driving it around. He answered all of our questions and we were out of there within a half an hour with a brand new car that we absolutely LOVE!!!. Nate was great. The title was mailed to my home in just two days. I will definitely return and would recommend this place for anyone looking for a reliable place to buy a car.

I recently bought a Mini at the Layton Ave. location, and had a great experience - the car was was as advertised and well-priced, and Nate gave wonderful customer service (and the rest of the staff that I dealt with was also excellent). A seamless buying experience. When a couple of minor issues came up (the car was missing its spare key, and there was a mechanical issue with the ABS sensor on one wheel), Nate was prompt, courteous, and professional, and they took care of everything at their expense. They've got great cars, and they stand behind them. I love the integrity, and I very highly recommend them!

Having had such a good experience buying my wife's 2013 Ford Escape, it was now time for me to pick up my 2017 Kia Sedona. As before, both Steve and Dawn were very friendly and helpful. Steve gave me a great deal and took the time to go over all of the Sedona's features. Dawn made the paperwork quick and effortless. I want to thank Steve for having the patience to work with me ( I had no idea obtaining a home equity line of credit could take so long ). My only regret was that I didn't know about Autosource Motors earlier. It would have saved me the headaches of dealing with Don Jacobs Toyota, Rosen Kia and especially Ewald Ford. Hats off to Autosource Motors and their employees for finally making car buying a pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on a used car.

So you are new to Autosource. This is a review specific to the Airport location as I have no experience with the North dealership. I have a been a customer for bout 10 years buying numerous cars from Nate specifically. The rest of the team is awesome but Nate has been the man since I first bought my son a car 10 years ago. I recently bought a car from Nate with a specific purpose in mind. I went in looking for an Audi, BMW or Mercedes. Mind you Nate has like 168 cars to offer and could have easily sold me A car out of that list. BUT as he always does, he listened to what I needed and then turned me on to a Volkswagon of all things. Never would have considered a Volkswagon, UNTIL Nate laid out a case for it, showed me how it would help me save and make money, then went about getting me a great deal. This car is exactly what I needed and I did not know it until Nate took that time to get into my need and get me a solution. So out of all the cars he could have sold me he sold me THE car i needed. Amazing. You can only give 5 stars here but once you get in and buy a car the experience only gets better. Sales 25 stars....Support when the inevitable challenge with the car strikes one of the cars you buy....25 stars... Nate's support a priceless! Pricing, trust, trade value, respect. I can't speak highly enough about this team. So, as you read these reviews, understand that they are simply selling in a relaxed atmosphere. Go inside. Chat with the guys, buy a car and you will see a side of car sales that you don't see often. Its actually compelling. I know first hand, after 10 cars, what I am talking about! I have always dealt with large dealerships for my cars, pickups and SUVs, so to me buying a car was similar to having a root canal. We stopped in at Auto Source Motors to look at a 2013 Ford Escape for my wife. From the moment we walked in the door, my thoughts regarding smaller car dealers changed. Steve was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. After driving the Escape, Steve went out of his way to thoroughly explain the cars features ( navigation system, Bluetooth, etc. ). At no time was there any pressure to get us to buy. He gave us a great trade-in allowance so we decided to buy the Escape. Both Dawn and Ed helped with securing the financing and handling all the paperwork, which made it a quick and painless process. I was so impressed by Auto Source, that I will be picking up my 2017 Kia Sedona next week. I strongly recommend Auto Source to anyone looking for a good deal on a used vehicle.
