Very good experience end to end. Everything was ready and waiting and in perfect condition. The sales person was very knowledgeable as was the service tech (Brandon) who took me though the car.

This was quick and I got exactly what I wanted right away and apparently the best price in the entire country according to auto trader. Service was better than I ever expected. I will head back when my wife needs a car.

My car buying experience here at Knauz BMW was nothing short of amazing! I met with Dave Benk and let him know exactly what I was looking for, he showed me that and gave me a few more options that may have sparked my interest but never going as far as pushing me to buy. Nonetheless, I left with my first option and I am completely happy with my new 3 series! Most car buying experiences are horrible and dreading, especially having to sit there all day is no fun. I was in and out in no time! The longest part about this, was me trying to pick which car I was going to leave with! I will definitely return!

The Best Mercedes Service in Chicagoland Area!!!!! Highly recommend to see Ben at service department if you want to be treated as a Mercedes Benz owner. Here's my experience with Ben. I have a 2018 Mercedes Benz GLE 550 E-Hybrid and it needs a starter battery. I went to Mercedes Benz Chicago at first hand. While the car was there for over 3 weeks, they have been kept telling me that due to my vehicle is a hybrid model, they need to special order the battery for me and never able to arrange a loaner vehicle for me. I have been calling and chasing them for 3 weeks with no proper customer service or EVEN FOLLOW-UPs. What a HORRIBLE SERVICE Mercedes Benz of Chicago!! Fast forward, I went to Knauz and met Ben, that totally changed my entire experience with Mercedes-Benz brand. He welcomed me warmly, asked me about what's the issue. I explained to him that the main battery need to be replaced and shared my horrible experience with him. Long story short, I came back the 2nd day, he told me he already locate the battery for me and things get even better from there. He brought a Blue GLE43 Coupe, plus it's in my favorite color. He somehow knows blue's my favorite color and able to give me this beautiful vehicle so that I can go ahead enjoy the weekend!! WHAT A NICE PERSON!! Overall, I have never experience a better service than this time, I really appreciate everything Ben done for me. He is a gentleman that will go forward and beyond to make sure you be treated properly when you service your Mercedes-Benz. Thumbs up for Ben, Thumbs up for Knauz Mercedes-Benz. I would highly highly recommend them to those of you who looking to service your Mercedes and want to be treated properly! Plus, they have the best loaner vehicles for you to choose from as well!
