Great customer service, very easy to work with, and weren't pushy or anything. They even recommended other trusty dealerships to check out in the area. They held my new sienna for me for a day without any cost and gave me a generous amount for trading in my old vehicle. I was in and out of there in no more than 20 minutes when I purchased the vehicle. Vehicle is in great condition and I couldn't have had a better buying experience.

We purchased a pickup from Pat Moore 12 years ago. The day after we bought it the differential went out. We called them, they fixed it. Recently we purchased another vehicle there and we mentioned the story above to the salesman. He said "was it blue?". It was the same guy, he remembered it. The whole thing was a comfortable, positive experience.

I went to my credit union to get pre-qualified for a used vehicle. Upon completion of the loan process, the loan officer recommended Pat Moore Quality Cars. I was surprised that my loan officer actually recommended a used car dealer so I went to Pat Moore to see what they had to offer. There were no Vultures swooping down on my wife and me and we were given several minutes to walk around and view a few of the vehicles. My wife as been considering a Mazda3 for some time now and they happened to have the exact color of choice so we decided to exam it more closely. After several minutes of opening and sitting in the car, Ray casually approached us and simply informed us that we were welcome to test drive anything on the lot. We then provided Ray with a copy of our licenses and off we went to test out the Mazda. Ray was an absolute delight to chat with. He answered all of our questions, but we spent most of the time discussing the local fishing spots and many other hobbies. To make a long story a little shorter, we ended up buying the Mazda3 and a Toyota Tundra that they just put on the lot that day. I brought the Toyota back after a couple of days when I noticed the previous owner had placed a piece of tape over a blinking tiring pressure warning light. Eric took the truck and offered a loaner vehicle to drive while the truck was being serviced. Two days later, they had replaced 2 bad tire pressure sensors at no cost to me. What used car dealer offers free loaner cars and repairs issues at no cost? My only criticism would be that I had to call on the second morning to find out that the truck had been repaired and was ready for pickup. They had received the truck back late the night before and planned on calling me the next morning so my criticism would be that an update would have been appreciated the night before so I would have known to expect the vehicle the next day. This was in part to my own impatience. As far as the 4 star on the facility, it is a small building that could use a little bit of a face lift and the cars are sitting on a dirt lot. A little asphalt would go a long way to a cleaner looking facility but I would prefer they continue providing quality repairs if that is the trade off to having a paved lot. The vehicles are offered at a fair price and I was even given an additional price break since I bought 2 vehicles. All of the vehicles we viewed had low miles and were well maintained. I have already told my co-workers to check out Pat Moore if they are looking for a quality used vehicle.

I stopped by looking for a new compact crossover vehicle for my husband and myself. I'd done my research and knew which cars they had I wanted to look at. I was greeted promptly, and while they asked if there was anything they could help me with, there was no hovering or pressure. I wasn't treated any differently being a female, which was a huge plus for them. They were all friendly, helpful, and more concerned with the customer's needs rather than making a sale. We brought our vehicle home and had to take it back in to get the rotors machined. They worked with our crazy schedule and hooked us up with reputable mechanics. I'm recommending these guys to everyone I know looking for a car.

I was looking for an older small pickup and found a great one in excellent condition at Pat Moore. It came with a warranty and in the first rain I encountered I realized the windshield washer would not squirt. Pat Moore fixed it by replacing the motor and it now works perfectly. We were referred to Pat Moore by a friend who had an excellent experience buying there and our experience was excellent as well.

Found the perfect used SUV for our daughter. Ray was super friendly and straight up from first hand shake to final drive off (and follow-up after as well). Best case scenario for a car shopping experience.
