Best car buying experience I have had. They have quality used vehicles (no junkers) and they go out if their way to make sure you are happy with your purchase. There is No sales pressure, and they do what they say they will. We bought a 07 Ridgeline from them. The vehicle had not been detailed and made ready for the sales lot (they have standards for what condition a vehicle needs to be in before it goes up for sale!) however we spotted it and wanted it. The price was competitive if not a little below the market price. Pat and his team promised to get it into shape including replacing the front driver seat covering because it was worn and replacing the timing belt and water pump due to factory recommendations. My wife was a little nervous about purchasing the vehicle before everything had been completed;. We would have no recourse if they did not fulfill their promise. However, we forged ahead. They did everything they promised in a timely fashion and we are very happy customers. I would, and will, recommend Pat Moore Quality Cars to anyone looking for a quality car.

Pat Moore has helped me choose very high quality cars the 3 times in the last 12 years that I have needed a used car. I purchased a 2000 Mercury Villager van, a 2001 Chrysler Town & Country van, and a 2007 Honda CRV here and was very impressed with the quality of their inventory, his knowledge and expertise, and his willingness to bend over backwards to be sure that everything on the car was in tip top shape and to answer questions and be helpful after the sale. He seeks out high quality used cars to sell on his lot so there are many wonderful choices. There was no pressure in the sale of the vehicles and the process went smoothly and professionally. Buying a used car can be difficult if you don't have someone you can trust to guide you about your choice. I was very fortunate to come to Pat Moore's dealership each time that I needed to buy a car.

This was the first (and last) time I used Pat Moore, they had come highly recommend by my credit union, mechanic, and another dealer I use that only sales SUV's and trucks now. I found and bought the yellow mini I wanted, only to find an issue after purchase. After calling Pat about the problem he didn't hesitate to repair it (free of charge). And when Pat's mechanic realized there was another underlining issue, Pat offered my family a newer, less mileage car as a replacement. I've now had my car for two months and driven approx. 3,000 miles only to find the clutch and flywheel needs to be replaced ($2200 at Mini of Portland).

Best experience, I have bot a lot of cars in my life. And Pat was a nice person to work with. I got the car that I wanted at a good price.

I was looking for a used car and went somewhere else first but the people there were just trying to get me to buy a car and they were not listening to what I could afford. So, I did a search for used cars in the area and Pat Moore used cars came up and so I decided to check them out. I am glad a I did. They were very helpful and respectful. They showed me cars that were in the price range that I was looking for. It was nice having a car salesman that listened to me and was not pushing a car on me that I didn’t want.

Pat Moore gave me the easiest and most hassle free car shopping experience ever. The prices are clearly marked, the vehicle's are clean, sharp and open so you can inspect them. I worked with the owner Pat and also Roy, both these gentlemen were kind and patient, no hurries and no worries. Not just the car I purchased but ALL the cars were clean, in good repair and actually in my opinion a fair bargain. Sure the cars are used, but in again I would have to say "lightly".

I have bought two cars from this dealership and they make sure that you get a quality vehicle and have a pleasant experience. They only sell cars that are in excellent condition and honor any promises to make sure the vehicle is in stellar condition even if something comes up that after you leave the lot. They also go the extra mile with the paperwork process so that it goes smoothly and if a loan is needed they help communicate with the bank. These are people of integrity who are serious about customer satisfaction. I wouldn't buy a pre-owned car from anyone else.

I always have anxiety buying a new car, however, quality cars Pat Moore in Hazel Dell made it so easy and fast and they did not pressure me whatsoever they are my long time go to car dealership for now on every time I want to buy a car!!
