This was absolutely the best car buying experience we have ever had!!! We saw their ad for an S10 Pickup, but since we lived over 100 miles away, we decided to phone to see if they could hold it until we could get there. They did hold it for us and even let us test drive it on our own. After test driving the vehicle, we found a minor issue that they promptly had fixed and we were on our way. There was absolutely no pressure from either Ray or Pat. The transaction was speedy and painless. These gentleman have more integrity than any other dealer we have dealt with, and that is a lot! The gentleman we dealt with (Ray) was not only polite but very pleasant to work with. The used 2006 Highlander was clean, well serviced and looked like it had never been driven even though it had over a 100,000 miles on the odometer. My wife had spotted the car when I had asked her to look at a different car and it had been sold prior to her arrival. Ray was happy to set the car aside until I could get in from the Oregon coast and see the car. We were happy with the price and the condition and made the deal. What can I say. I am they type of guy who buys cars in cash from private owners. This is mostly because of the horrible prices and service at dealerships. Then I went to Pat Moore Quality Cars and met Ray and my whole outlook changed, at least for this place. I had already filled out my credit application online for a Jeep that I wanted, to replace the Cherokee I had, but I was borderline due to knowing I would not get what I thought my Cherokee was worth. After finally breaking down and going down there to talk with Ray, first about the loan (which he worked with the bank for two days on to get me a good rate) then to test drive the car I ran into Pat himself who listened to my concerns about my trade-in. Pat offered me a great solution to deal with that and I left that day with my new-to-me Jeep. Surprising thing...took about 30 minutes to process all the paperwork and get it signed and get the keys...30 MINUTES!! That's it. I know people who have to get daycare for their kids because buying a car is going to be an all day event. Not here and I truly appreciate that, I have things to do with my time. For the record, I have suggested Pat Moore Quality Cars to two friends already.

My family has bought multiple cars from Pat Moore over the years and we have always been extremely happy with them.
