Pat Moore Quality Cars

So I was looking online for a vehicle and found one this lot had on-site. I'm from out of town so I did the best thing I knew to do and that was try to contact them. Well I sent an inquiry through their webpage, because they provide that option. However, I have still yet to hear from anyone. Oh I did hear from something ... crickets, crickets ... this place might have quality cars or they might not. One thing I do know is they don't have internet customer service. So what's the purpose of having a website if you don't stay in contact with folks. No worries I went to another location with my money and bought from them. I don't expect a response because I don't think anyone works there.

We recently purchased a Toyota for my son from Pat Moore. They went above and beyond in customer service and their pricing was excellent. We had a set amount of money we wanted to pay and after being given the brush off at the major dealerships for obviously not being worth their time we ended up at Pat Moore's. What a refreshing change, there were honest, helpful, and a pleasure to deal wtih. If you are in the market for a quality used car at a reasonable price this is dealership to go to in the Vanouver area. Our daughter will be needing a car in a couple of years, and this is where we will purchase it. Thanks Pat and Eric

Recently bought a used Lincoln from friendly sales person Eric and the experience was great. I found a very low mileage vehicle and they took care of some minor details and took the extra step to have the car inspected for a second opionion at a front end specialist. Will buy all my used vehicles from these guys and they come highly reccomended.
