Awesome dealership

This was the best experience EVER buy a car. They r very honest and fair people and will help you anyway they. Their prices r good for the vehicle u purchase. Definitely a lifer for me. Will never buy a car anywhere else.

Thief!

I was looking for a 2004 GMC Envoy. I found it at Bechtel Auto Sales. I told them I was in the process of finding a delivery service. However, in the process my identity was stolen. I had sent him $1,000.00 for a deposit. There was no contract whatsoever of purchase. Just to hold the vehicle until I could find a carrier. Unfortunately, I am now dealing with the situation where my accounts are being monitored since I am in the process of sorting identity issues out. I emailed Mr. Bechtel and asked him for my deposit back. Below you will find the email dialogue. Kirk when we took the GMC off the market waiting for you to have it shipped we told people it was sold and even deleted off our inventory your deposit has been forfeited!! Love my new ride

These guys were great to deal with . No high pressure let me test drive buy myself . They stand behind there products with their own in house warranty unlike most dealers just include a extended warranty and won't even put there name behind there warranties!!!! They even sent my new ride out for a new pa. Inspection free of charge . Fresh oil and filter too!!!! Make sure you check these guys out been in buisness for 34 years at the same location. Thanks and I will tell everyone to check you guys out before they buy from any other dealer.

Very disapointed

Stubborn on price even for a cash deal, Never offered a warranty, When I had trouble with the backup alarm they told me they dont warranty electronics. I took delivery of vehicle and they closed for the week, I told him of my problem the next time they opened and thats what the owner told me. If you go to look or buy a car make sure everything works 100% and you get it written down that they will fix anything for 30 days after the purchase.

Stay away

Over priced junk vehicles, all his inspection jobs are lick n sticks, bought a dodge dakota from them, it was a piece of junk, the balljoints were shot, transmission had issues, had a miss fire and would stall out, had it for 6 months then got rid of it. Look elsewhere

Seemed Like a Good Dealer

The owner seemed like a guy who valued his word. I drove from out of state to look at the vehicle and take it for a test drive. He was a bit stubborn on his price, but was more than willing to negotiate and help me out with my budget. After we settled on a deal I signed my loan check over to him and he told me to come back the next day so we could go to the local tag/title place to get paperwork in order. This worked for me because I needed a second driver in order to get the vehicle I purchased and the vehicle I got there in home. When I came back the next day we took care of paperwork, and I was on my way home. About ten miles form the dealership the vehicle overheated. Long story short he was willing to get the repairs done, but once the mechanic wasn't sure what the problem was (or the repairs were going to cost too much) he told me he would have to give me my money back. I'm impressed that he was willing to be negotiable and extremely helpful when it came to repairs. He seemed genuinely upset that a deal couldn't be made. My impression from the beginning is that he and his staff are honest and caring, but I am extremely upset I did not get the vehicle.

Great service

Bought a car from Bechtel autos. Took 2 trips and was a done deal on the 2nd trip. Great buying expirience and great deal! Love my new ride!!
