Owner did not want to be bothered...

Two times I visited and offered $500 less than the inflated sticker price and was turned down. What used car dealer refuses to "negotiate" with customers? Owner gave the impression that he prefers out of state online purchases so that he doesn't have to inspect the vehicles and doesn't want to be bothered with locals. Would never recommend this dealership. Customer service is awful... Most vehicles here are overpriced and high mileage regardless with limited inventory. Save your time and go elsewhere where you will be treated like a valued customer.

Willing to Help

Staff was great and helpful, even stayed open a little late for us to get there from out of town.

Terrible Customer Service

I never even got to the lot because the customer service was terrible. Slow getting back to my emails and when they did never answered all my questions. When I finally talked to someone (owner) he acted like he did not want my business. He had units that I was very much interested in but their is no way I'm driving 30 miles to talk with someone that treats me like I'm nothing to him. I don't care what he has on his lot.
