Please avoid this place

The initial visit was great. The post sale delivery is where they failed miserably. They sold us that the vehicle had the "technology package", which it did not which then indicated we overpaid for the vehicle. We couldn't verify the technology package because the radio security locked. We were told that it would be unlocked before we got the vehicle (which it wasn't). They had to replace the brakes but after delivery, the brake failure light came on our drive home. The shocks were bad and had to be replaced. To their credit, they did take care of the repair issues, but they did not take care of the issue of deceiving us about having the technology package on the vehicle. Without it, I wouldn't have purchased it but now I'm stuck because I trusted them. My advice would be to RUN from this place as it appears they don't do true inspection/repairs on their vehicle and will mislead you. Our salesperson was Dan and he seemed like a nice guy, but the end experience left a very bitter taste in our mouth. Very disappointing. I wish I never stepped foot on their lot, I hope you don't make the same mistake.

Amazing Experience

I received phenomenal customer service from this dealership I flew all the way from Michigan and was mad at the airport by Jairo. He was awesome!!! I felt very comfortable with this whole sale beginning to end. I wire transferred funds before I even seen the vehicle. I was worried to do so but I knew how hard it was to find the vehicle they were selling so I took them at their word and it was a great decision. Keep in mind you are buying a vehicle that won’t be perfect. You’re getting a older used vehicle. As long as you go into your sale with REALISTIC expectations you will be very happy with this dealership! Jairo actually went to another dealership to buy a part for the Wrangler I bought from them because he knew I was driving it a long distance home. Everything worked very well on the Jeep and it was in very good shape for being 15 years old! Jairo also offered to mail me the print out copy of the Carfax and seriously made the whole experience awesome! Thanks guys. If I am looking for another vehicle or know someone who is I’ll make sure to recommend you!

Wrong miles listed very wrong

I drove from Janesville to Milwaukee for a 2013 Veloster listed a little over 33 thousand miles. I drove in total of 2 and a half hours in total all for the vehicle to be over 144k. Never buy from this place they cant even bother to list cars properly. >:/

Auto repair

There mechanics are not professional don't know how to fix broken cars they sell you.I bought the extra insurance in case my car broke down and i have taken it in 2x for transmission problem and they say it starts well no problem althought the car jumps every time you change the gear on it. Very dissatisfied with there service.

Poor business practices and management

Stopped by Reo lot on Sunday to look at vehicle advertised online. Didn't see vehicle on lot. Called on Monday inquiring about specific vehicle, identified by VIN number. Spoke to Dan, who indicated he was the manager. He verified vehicle was available. Scheduled test drive Thursday morning. Called Wednesday night at 5:00, spoke to Dan again to insure vehicle still available and asking for it to be pulled to front for test drive Thursday at 10:30. Dan said car available and he would take care of it. Didn't ask for my name or contact information. I drove to Reo from Waukesha Thursday morning. Dan said car was ready. Took me to wrong car. Said he would find the right one looking around the lot. After he went back inside and 15 min later he came out to tell me the car was sold last night after 6:15 when he left? Reo closes at 7:00. To me this is obviously not true. Vehicle was likely never available, website not updated or accurate, manager not aware of inventory, Dan never checked that vehicle was available, what salesman doesn't ask for contact information? I'm a cash buyer, if this is how they conduct business I'm better off not buying a car from Reo and you likely will be too.

Just bought a 16 Ford Explorer that I was looking for, went to couple of other dealers but finally I was satisfied with the whole package. Super friendly staff. Price I couldn’t resist and payment I was looking for.
