Car Wash
I appreciate you washing my car after the oil change, but the water spots it leaves because you don't take the time to dry it off properly is not worth it. In the future I'd just prefer you not washing it.

Car service
I have never been so disappointed! I bought my car from here, and just recently had a issue with my car shifting to next gear. They looked at it said it was my battery and the cable because they were corroded replace them and charge me $227. After leaving and making it five minutes down the road my check engine light is back on so I took it over to Cole Valley Chevrolet in Newton Falls and they said that there was no way that they actually looked at it because they found the issue within two hours and I didn’t even have an appointment there they just said they would look at it and it cost 27 bucks to replace a lever that had to deal with the turbo! I called my advisor Tom today all he told me is that he’s sorry and that he’ll have to talk to his guys. They also had my car for four days and couldn’t see that issue but the other dealership found it right away! Not happy with my experience at all and this isn’t the first time that I wasn’t happy leaving this dealership...

I purchased a used Ford here in May 2019. Rich, the sales person was very nice and accommodating. After the purchase was complete, I sat in the parking lot and tried to pair my phone to Bluetooth. It doesn’t work. This is one of the main features I needed in a car. The sales person and the service manager tried to get it to work with no luck. They recommended that I take the vehicle to a Ford dealership to solve the issue. The Ford dealership was very nice and tried to help. However, in the end, the entire radio needs to be replaced at my cost. I feel this is wrong. No one would think to test the Bluetooth before purchasing during a test drive. I even brought the issue to Cole Valley’s attention before even leaving their dealership. I was assured by the sales department repeatedly to not worry and the issue would be resolved at no cost to me. The sales department maintains, however, that the issue is my problem because they allegedly don’t check that feature when preparing a used car for sale. I don’t want the moon, I simply want a fully functioning car that has all of the equipment working. I would happily give a five star review if they would rectify this issue and I would happily recommend doing business with the Coles if they would make this right. They did resolve a check engine light for me that came on a day after I bought the car, which is why I gave two stars and not one.

Michael, After speaking with Rich, your sales person and the owner, Mr. Cole. My understanding of the matter is that before you left the dealership the day that you purchased the vehicle you were instructed on a resolution to the malfunctioning radio that did not hold any cost to you. However, this action was not taken and therefore the issue obviously has not yet been resolved; subsequently there will now be a cost to repair the radio. Having said that, my owner has stated that he is willing to resolve this issue for you. Rich will be in touch with you if he has not already been and we will get the matter resolved as quickly as possible for you. Routine maintenance visit
Good experience, only comment would be that my appt. was for 7:30 a.m. however service staff did not arrive until 8:00 a.m. Scheduled early so it wouldn't interfere with work but they did finish within 30 minutes so that was good.
