Wanted a new car!

Went in looking to trade in my 2002 (pretty beaten down) Hyundai Elantra for a pre-owned Subaru. It was my first time financing a car on my own, and Bill was very helpful and explained everything to me. They also gave me the highest amount for my trade-in compared to other dealerships I had visited prior. I’m very happy with my 2015 crosstrek! Everyone at this dealership was very friendly, and they were eager to help. You guys all made this experience fun rather than stressful, so THANK YOU!

Amazing quality of service

Worked with Nick..my cousin and I went to explore the used car inventory. Nick went above and beyond to assist us in finding a match. Excellent Customer Service

My lease for my Chevy Cruze was coming to an end and I was looking to try a Subaru Forester next. My Aunt just recently purchased one from Bertera and loves it. Trey was amazing! He walked us through the different options available and was very patient. My son and I spent 4 hours with Trey and ended up leading a 2018 Forester. Both Trey and O’Neil were able to work out a great deal that fit my budget. They also spent more time with me on the delivery day reviewing the SUV and setting up the Bluetooth and radio. Since it was drake when I left I wasn’t able to inspect the vehicle before driving off the lot. They allowed me to do my inspection at home and call them with any issues. I did find a few minor things and they got me an appointment to return right away to have them corrected. Amazing custservice. Very professional and organized. My delivery time did take a while but I understood the wait as there were quite a few peoe picking up their cars that night. Overall a great experience!

Customer-focused, efficient and transparent!

I found Bertera through the internet, and arranged for an appointment. The receptionist was warm, friendly. Tim spent time with me, identifying my needs and making sure I was palced with the right sales representative. I felt I was in good hands from the start. My sales consultant, Rick Nepola, was outstanding!! He listened carefully to what I was looking for, discussed different options for me, and searched for the right car to lease (a 2018 Cross Trek Limited) to meet my current needs, as well as address the quality of car I was used to driving. He was not in any way pushy, he provided facts and answered my questions calmly and intelligently. The test drive was a comfortable experience and he encouraged me to drive the car as if it were my own. He took me through the deposit and paperwork process with patience and was very caring about my concerns throughout. He took all the time I needed on delivery day, and introduced me to the service staff as well. I was treated like a very special customer, and I assume all Bertera customers are treated that way. Rick and the service staff have been readily available to help me follow up questions about the amazing technology and make sure I am happy with my new car. I have been delighted with my experience and with my car!
