Michaelangelo was great to work with. He was a real straight shooter who was knowledgeable about the features of the Crosstrek I was interested. He elaborated on the details that were important to me, got the answers to any questions he didn't know and recognized when not to waste my time trying to sell me things I did not want. I appreciated his straight forward approach.

Buying my new 2018 Forester was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The ladies at the front desk greeted me with a smile when I came in, Issa D proved to be a very friendly and very knowledgeable salesperson, and I got my new car at a great price. I even got a very reasonable trade-in for my previous Forester. I’ll be buying my next Forester at Bertera, and I’ll be looking for Issa D!

Straightforward and gave me opportunity to test drive vehicle. Not pushy in their approach and answered my questions. Able to negotiate price to some extent and got good deal on my trade-in.

Before going to Bertera Subaru I read their Yelp reviews which were OVERWHELMINGLY bad. However, they advertise ON THEIR WEBSITE a 2017 lease for a 2017 Subaru Legacy for $119 with $2600. I figured I'd give them a try. I went to the dealership and spoke with a salesperson who seemed genuinely surprised about this deal. He said, "On OUR website?" I said, "yes". We went to the website and he said, "Oh, those base models are out of stock... would you be willing to put down another $1000?" That's when I stood up and walked out. The ad for the 2017 is STILL UP ON THEIR WEBSITE AT THIS MOMENT. This is a classic bait and switch which is illegal. I will never go back to this dealer.

I normally hate going to car dealerships, but Bertera staff, Issa and Pam made me change my mind. Issa was super helpful and Pam helped me to get through the financial process with a smile. I would recommend them to any and everyone I know. Issa was beyond helpful and supportive. He listened to my concerns, needs and pinpointed an exact match that fit my current needs.

2nd car I bought from Issa Daoud. Friendly and knowledgeable salesperson. He located the car that I wanted in a day and got me a good deal.

I could not be happier with my experience at Bertera! They were able to get the exact car I wanted and kept me updated throughout the whole experience. Bill was extremely knowledgable and walked me through every feature of the car. All the staff at Bertera were extremely helpful. It was my first car purchase so they were great at walking me through everything. Five stars all around.

This was my First car buying experience, and Katelyn really took care of me , great customer service with everyone I dealt with. Would recommend this dealership to other people. Prices negotiable which is nice, they even took my old car.
