Sold me a lemon and refused to address repairs...

I purchased a used vehicle for my girlfriend from these folks and have had nothing but problems from the beginning. Honestly I wish I would have returned the vehicle within the first 30 days, but I was hoping they would fix the vehicle as this was going to be her primary vehicle. From the beginning, during driving on the highway the vehicle was fighting to accelerate into the next gear, it felt like it was slipping. Next the electrical system was going haywire and a constant smell of fuel was existed throughout the vehicle. On a number of occasion the vehicle spent collectively about 30-45 days in the shop. None of these problems where fixed, more recently the transmission gave out causing the vehicle not to accelerate past 15 MPH. The total own time time of the vehicle has been about 8 months and now the transmission has quit. I would expect a business to standby their vehicles, instead the mechanic and not even the owner told me it's not my problem. That I would have to pay 650 in parts to get a vehicle we have only owned for 8 month old back on the road. I'm disappointed with the remarks and the decision to leave us in a difficult position. The problems have existed since the purchase and I had asked them to check the transmission. Each time they said no problems were found, now the transmission has failed. I find it hard to believe the transmission just stopped working without symptom. I'm not a mechanic by trade but can identify problems and when a car is not operating correctly.

Sorry to disapoint this customer. If they had not installed their own stereo equipment, we would have not spent over $1,000 to rectify a computer issue that arose as a result of the cut wires. We wish after all we have done the result and the review would have been more favorable. Autokraft

Great Experience

I recently purchased a 2006 ford escape and i am more than pleased. After looking for a newer car that wasn't 20 years old like the one I had before, i quickly fell in love with the escape. Once i was sure i was going to get it, Mark made sure that any fixes the car needed were done and the car was ready in a couple days. All i had to do was bring my plates and i drove it off the lot, they went to the registry and my insurance company for me. Very happy that i came across this dealership and would definitely recommend it to a friend!

Great Dealer!

Autokraft helped me get into the car I wanted with in my small time frame. I needed a car within a couple of days, and they made sure it happened. The car runs great and the people were very helpful.

GREAT! i bought a focus for my son and everything went well. the price was very fair and Mark got the car in good shape for pick up. i liked that the cars had the year/mileage and price on the window. i will use them again.

I purchased a used vehicle at autokraft and the sales people were very helpfull and the service department took care of any issues with no questions asked. I would definately recommend going there for a good car.

Great Experience

We have been shopping around for over a week with no luck before coming across this dealership and we noticed great reviews so we decided to give it a shot. Definitely glad that we did because it was probably the best car shopping experience I have had so far, especially because our previous car purchase from another dealership went horrible. Gentleman that sold us the vehicle was very helpful, allowed us to test drive multiple of vehicles before we finally made a decision. We immediately felt comfortable with him and the vehicles he offered us to drive that it was almost a no brainer but to decide on which vehicle we wanted. There was no pressure and no slick sales pitch that at times almost immediately turns me off to the point where I move on to the next dealership. Once we decided to buy a vehicle the rest of the process was even smoother as they got the car serviced, registered, and inspected, and delivered the car on the day they promised. Definitely satisfied with the entire experience.

Shop Auto Kraft first!

I recently purchased 2007 Mazda 3 for my daughters at Auto Kraft, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! They took care of the few issues I found with the car, and made sure it was neat and clean when I picked it up, even going so far as to make the trip to my insurance company and the RMV to get it registered. After driving the car for a few weks, I noticed that the transmission had a leak. I contacted Fred, and he took care of the problem, no questions asked. If you are in the market for a used car, dont hesitate to contact Fred and his team, they wont steer you wrong! Mark me down as a satisfied customer who will definitely shop there again!
