I was contacted through the dealership, that I was pre-approved for a vehicle. I had been interested in purchasing a new vehicle, for quite some time. Elias Lopez and Lin Byrd went above and beyond the normal customer service. The attention to detail and the time they took to inform and explain the service measures was exceptional. I don't think I have ever been to a service department that consistently ensures the proper servicing of my vehicle. Highly recommend this service department. I purchased a car from this establishment and within 30 days something went wrong. My purchase process of course was smooth as with car dealerships they always are. However, please make sure you purchase additional warranties because they do not offer them to you and the manager "Charles" will be quick to tell you with the least amount of politeness that you are not covered.
