Rocky was friendly and not at all pushy when we first talked to him about purchasing a car. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that he had and even suggested vehicles that we had not even thought about. We are in the first stages of looking for our next car and we will definitely be back to CBS in Roxboro to work with Rocky.

From the moment I contacted the dealership, I was treated like royalty by the general manager and finance manager. Such wonderful professional courtesy and care was given from initial conversations to purchase. Everything was non-problematic on all ends. The only hold up in my initial purchase was the color availability of the vehicle. But within 2 days the vehicle I wanted was on the lot and my purchase immediate.I don't think there is a dealership around that can rival the professional courtesy and service that they provide to me. I appreciate their open honesty and the work they put into getting everything in perfect order for me for my vehicle purchase.

The alternator light on my vehicle had illuminated. The next day I took it CBS and arrived there before they officially opened. Elias Lopez greeted me and listened as I explained what my vehicle was doing. He suggested we test the battery, which he did and thought the battery was getting old and causing the problem I had encountered. Elias was helpful and friendly even before they were officially opened. There was no cost associated with the test, but it told me a great deal of what needed to be done. This was customer service par excellence. Thank you and when I truly need work performed, I will be coming to CBS.
