Avoid these Bait-and-Switch Scammers

This dealer intentionally mis-represented a car listed on cars.com and I think folks should know. I was conducting a nationwide search for a used ('08-'10) BMW X3 with leather interior and fewer than 80,000 miles. I entered my search criteria on cars.com. I found what appeared to be a great X3 at CBS and was ready to fly out to see the car and likely buy it. To be safe, I spoke by phone with a salesperson who admitted that the car did not have leather interior but vinyl leatherette. He implied that since "leatherette" feels the same as leather, they listed the car as having leather seats. Rather than apologize for the misleading ad, he was eager to educate me that somehow vinyl is superior to leather seats. Whether that's true or not is irrelevant. They intentionally (and without apology) provided false information about their car on cars.com. I suspect they do this routinely.

Very good customer service, I loved my new car

I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends they was so polite and any questions I ask twin he had the answer .I loved my new car.

Great customer service

Friendly, professional staff that was not only knowledgeable but helpful. They are great about answering your questions and I will return to this location for our next Mitsubishi.

Horrible for financing. Lied to my face.

Absolutely dishonest company. I went in trying to get either a dodge charger, cadillac cts, or dodge dart. Prices: Charger : $12,000 Cts: $18,000 Dart: $9,000 They claimed that they ran the approval with capital one. Which incidentally I was pre-approved. And they said they declined them all. The only car they could put me in was a Brand new Mitsubishi Mirage. Which incidentally other than the cadillac was more expensive than any of the cars I was interested in. Called credit company. They never ran a single approval on anything but the MIRAGE! Which I never even expressed an interest in at all. Clear Bait and Switch. Had they ran any of the others I probably would have been approved. Steaming mad. Sales rep Quintonio was great don't get me wrong. But he should seriously consider working for a reputable company rather than this lying nest of upselling vipers. Oh and at least one of the cars wasn't even available at the Mitsubishi lot. It was from the other regular CBS quality cars lot. So I know they never checked it and that was the Charger. The car I actually went there for. So yeah mistake on my part for not going to the right lot. But hey I expect their employees to say oh my bad that's across the road. Nope nadda.

Jessic was very helpful in showing me what I wanted ,she showed me extra the car of my dreams and within 10 minutes I made up my mind,we went cfor a test drive and in an hour I had my car was so wonderful will recommend anyone looking for a car there n

Fooled

I purchased a vehicle for my wife. They advertised an Internet sale of $200 off on their used vehicles. I went in there and purchased a Honda advertised for $12,000 ? make an offer. I cut out the internet coupon and presented it to them. I traded in my vehicle worth about $3,000. I told them I wouldn't pay more that $10,000.After some haggling they charged me the $10,000. They had to align the car and bring it to the house that evening. When they brought the car to the house it only had one key. Also when they presented the paperwork to my wife the $200 was not included in the bill of sale. So I asked since they did not include the $200 for internet sale and the deal was done can they just provide me with an extra key. The sales woman said she would see. The next day she said couldn't and the $200 was included in the price of my trade in. Well my vehicle had and average wholesale price of $2925 and she admitted the car was in good condition. When I protested she had Shantel the general manager give me a call. The GM said the $200 was discounted from the sale price. But I paid full asking sales price. So they didn't even have their story straight. If you go their with a coupon pay close attention and make sure they don't ignore the coupon sales like they did mine.

Happy!

John Rouse went beyond the call of duty for us! He worked endlessly trying to find the right car for us and he did! He is understanding and professional at the same time! Truckman!!!!

John Rouse was very attentive and very energetic and assisted us with every step of our purchase. He made it very easy for us to trust him and see that he was a very genuine and down to earth person who genuinely was there for us the customer and not just out for himself like most other dealerships we visited before our purchase.
